I would like to commend Mr. Timothy, who is always active by email whenever I have some questions about the order I placed on their site. I've made a mistake placing an order with a missing information for the address and he did his best to have it updated. I was kind of hesitant at first because of the reviews I saw here but I was proved otherwise. I received my parcel today- a week later since I placed my order and I'm from Dubai, UAE. All in the right sizes and in great quality. Thank you so much!! I couldn't be happier!

Utterly Disgusting Online service!

Disgusting service at the moment! I have never had issues in the past, but recently I have had my money taken from my credit card, but zero acknowledgment that my order has been received.
I have tried to confirm what is happening for 3WEEKS via email, messenger, instore and phoning their help line with zero response.
Covid or no Covid, this is absolutely unacceptable. My money has been taken without an order being processed, or at the very least, with them failing to advise me otherwise in this 3week period!

Almost 3 weeks and no shipping

Order placed on 6 May, as at 25 May No shipping details provided. No way of speaking to someone directly as phone and online chat has been disabled. No communication besides two generic email responses to my almost 10 emails. Stating 5 - 10 day wait for shipping details. No way to get my money back or product purchased

Online order 1st April - 8 weeks later not even dispatched. Have emailed numerous times and get generic response back about delays. Phone lines closed and email only - have asked for order to be cancelled and refunded twice and asked other questions. Nothing answered or acknowledged just generic responses that say 5-10 after order received it will Ben dispatched. Complete joke.. waiting for winter clothing, ordered early to get it when I needed it - now - $100 out of pocket. By the time they actually dispatch it won’t be even be winter and unlikely to even have what I ordered in stock to deliver. Absolutely pathetic customer service and doubt I will see my items or money back. Do not buy online from this store.

Customer Service Team accused me of being a fraud

After hearing nothing from emailing them a week back about my failed order. I waited the whole day to talk to a customer representative on the live chat. They accused me of being a fraud after telling me my order failed and there's nothing they can do to help. The Cotton On Group is not a small operation, this is unacceptable. Never going to use the website ever again.

I ordered from the online store and never received any shipping details, only the notification saying I have been charged. I waited a month and still nothing, they have zero customer service, the online chat takes hours and when I finally reached the top of the queue it put me back to number 248! The emails are just from robots and don't provide any help. All I receive from them are emails telling about products I should buy but they can't even deliver the one I already bought. Never buy from the online store!

Fast Delivery and love the clothes!

Have placed two orders with Cotton on in the past few weeks (on the 29th April and 9th May) and I received both orders within 3-4 days of ordering.

I have to say I am really impressed with this fast timeframe of delivery and am happy with the fit and quality of clothes I have received. Love my new clothes!

No customer support, incorrectly delivered and now lost a $150 order to the wrong address

Zero customer support access, I could not speak to a real person. I completed a $150 online order, triple checked all the details and then received an invoice to a completely different address. I was not able to get any support, could not re-direct the package (or through Austraila Post), and it has now been delivered to an address two hours away who I have no ability to get in contact with. Absolutely furious and will not be shopping again.

Terrible Customer Service

The code for free shipping they gave me didn't work. I emailed the customer service again 2 weeks ago and they never got back to me. It is so hopeless.

Cotton on you have done it again. I have always trusted you with online shopping, and shopping in general. For a person who suffers with insecurities it’s very hard to shop for clothes, especially online. But I couldn’t be more happy with the clothes I ordered. Not only are they all sooooo comfy, but they fit me right and have honestly gave me the bit of confidence I needed. Plus they took only 4-5 days to deliver. So thankyou. XOXO

I wish i had read reviews before ordering. Ordered 10th April and still no sign of my goods. No reply to emails and phone number has been suspended. Using covid19 as excuse as other online stores are supplying in short turnaround. Very poor service.

Nearly 3 months, my item still hasn't arrived.

I've been waiting for my order for nearly 3 months already, just wondering, when is it going to arrive??? I understand there is a delay due to coronavirus, but 2+ month is just insane, and you people didn't contact me at all.
I used the tracking number you provided to track my order, and the order status hasn't been updated for MORE THAN 2 weeks now, I also tried to contact you guys multiple times , but there were no replies whatsoever.

PS: I purchased my item in March by the way, it took you people a whole month to give me the tracking number, and I had to ask for it myself.

I need my money back!!!

I ordered online in the first few days of April and I am still waiting for my parcel. The really frustrating thing is it is impossible to make contact with an actual person to try and solve the issue.

Online shopping with Cotton On is ok if u choose to pick up in shop. I am still wondering why Cotton On is still using country’s worst shipping company - Courier xxxxxx!

The driver never came to your home for delivery but they did update their online status as “attempt to deliver but not at home”! Also they said they left the card for me but they did not ! What a ridiculous service!!! I did give instruction to leave my order at my front door but they took my order back to their warehouse ‘

I am so frustrated to have Courier pls to deliver my order as I had few horrible experiences with them. This time, again, I really don’t know how long can I take my order back or it would never come ?

Cotton On Admin/Customer device: Please take all your customers review seriously and consider to change your courier partnership to boost your competitiveness !

No extend sizes available in the store. If I found one, you are lucky. That probably is the only one in Aus. Why are they producing it? Save for themselves to wear, not for sale?

Probably not if you’ve used it as it is unhygienic, although if it’s faulty then they must have a return policy.
