Wrong items reccieved. No refund or new item sent.
Ordered 3 facemasks and paid for express shipping as the khaki one was required by the 15/1. Reccieved the items shown in the picture. Would not have made the order at all if khaki mask would not arrive by 15/1. Sent wrong item and informed they were out of stock by live chat and that they wouldn't refund postage or accept the items returned. Absolutely disgusted, as am unable to physically shop at the moment, and had informed them of this. So have useless items and am out of pocket for the express post, and have no way of getting the item required by the date required.
I wish I could give zero stars.
Their checkout on the app and via safari on my mobile has not worked for two + years. I tried both again today - still doesn’t work. I know it’s not my phone because I’ve changed my phone three times during this period.
Dreadful quality clothing.
Everything rips at the seams that I've purchased from cotton on. The clothing is not even that inexpensive, when you consider it may not last even a season. It's probably the worst retail clothing store in Australia quality wise. It's disappointing because their quality was there years ago
Terrible after sales support !!
It is almost impossible to contact Cotton on to chase up an order. This company has the worst after sales support, they make it impossible to contact them !
Still waiting for Click and Collect!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering for Click and Collect! All the promises and that it should not be more than 5 days delay is all crap! I am still waiting for my order which showed up as 'Despatched' early last month. Poor daughter - she is now disappointed as she needed it last week. I had to get her another one. I have followed up every other day. Very disappointed as we had been loyal customers. Thinking twice now.
I have asked for a refund - reading the reviews, I doubt if I will get my money back. For a store that claims to help third world nations and people, this service is utterly unbelievable.
Not worth the purchase
Bought a black, brown and khaki Comfort Knit Mid Length Bike Short worn a few times unfortunately to find ALL my tights knit fall apart literally at the seams comfy but what a shame, would not recommend the money nor the quality. Threw them out cause the store could and would not give me a refund.

No updates on delivery after 12 days and uncontactable!
Ordered 11 days ago and still no delivery updates. Their live chat is useless, you wait in line behind 20 people and the minute it’s your turn they disconnect you and you have to start again. No other way of contacting them.
Product Quality is extremely POOR!
Bought a few products from the store and online recently and all of them just crumble within a few weeks of wear and washing. Either pilling, shrinking, changing shape, looking dull and changing colors, etc. Will not be buying from Cotton On anymore! They are really just junks with no regards for quality and the environment.
Lies and Deception
We went into the store for Black Friday sale. Every rack had a sign on top saying 30% off store-wide! Signs hanging from the roof, stuck on walls, etc..
We chose some items, tried them on and proceeded to register to purchase, where we were informed that the "30% off was for members only"! NO WHERE on any of the tickets, signs, labels or anywhere, did it say you had to be a member to get the discount. So, we had to give them all our details to get the discount. I asked if we would get bombarded with junk mail from them, once they had our email ...
Disgraceful Business Model
It's now 27 November & not dispatched?? Do I need to lodge dispute with bank for dodgy service? This is supposed to be received by this Wednesday. Cotton on are breaching Australian Consumer Law by falsifying & being deceptive with delivery period
Click&Collect - don’t bother
Have been waiting 17 plus days for a click and collect order. The website still says collect orders will be ready from 1-3 business days. There was no communication or apology. Finally called the store to check if I missed a text, they were dismissive and just stated there’s a delay on all orders. Didn’t offer to look up my order. The order was meant for this weekend, I assumed a megastore would have most items already in stock. Finally went to their Online Help Chat as the company’s call centre has been disabled. They were helpful but said order should be shipped next week. Please give us realistic wait times Cotton On. I don’t like writing bad reviews.
Terrible quality products
I bought 2 pants from cotton on online shop. The pants start to unravel after 2 months of use. Paid 39.95 for each.
Poor quality and fit
The womens underwear has a crotch diameter of 2cm... who the hell has a Female Reproductive System that narrow! Not worth the money and poor fabric quality too. And by the way... I hate being asked if I want add on purchases such as cheap over price lollies, water, bags and charity donations!
Ordered a pair of sunglasses with delivery paid to my address. The item has not arrived. It took 4-days to ship and a month has passed with no delivery. I have written to Cotton-on numerous times but no response. As delivery cost is included it is their job to chase up delivery, re-ship, or issue a credit. Won't be using them again.
Been ordering my product since Sep I haven’t received the product at all it been over 3-4 weeks and filing a dispute against them hasn’t helped at all none of customer service will bother helping my enquire whereabouts my parcel has been and it Unfair it over like $153 and conversation is been copy and paste worth of stuff and making excuse… and the false tracking code with courier please with someone else old register code not mine! It make me mad that I have never had any trouble and experience from them before it disappoint me so much, and concern if the parcel are accurate and correct.I have no patience to provide my answers from them without no support and dispute from them at all!

Still haven't received the tracking number after purchase it and been almost 3 weeks now , very disappointed!!!!!!
Online shopping with Cotton On is ok if u choose to pick up in shop. I am still wondering why Cotton On is still using country’s worst shipping company - Courier xxxxxx!
The driver never came to your home for delivery but they did update their online status as “attempt to deliver but not at home”! Also they said they left the card for me but they did not ! What a ridiculous service!!! I did give instruction to leave my order at my front door but they took my order back to their warehouse ‘
I am so frustrated to have Courier pls to deliver my order as I had few horrible experiences with them. This time, again, I really don’t know how long can I take my order back or it would never come ?
Cotton On Admin/Customer device: Please take all your customers review seriously and consider to change your courier partnership to boost your competitiveness !
No extend sizes available in the store. If I found one, you are lucky. That probably is the only one in Aus. Why are they producing it? Save for themselves to wear, not for sale?
