Cotton On

I used to buy a lot from Cotton on a few years ago but their range has changed and they don't stock anything like I used to get. eg t-shirts don't have the variety of logos etc. and the sizing is all big and baggy. What used to be Adele trackpant is limited if at all. No more nice cargo pants and the longer style silky t-shirt has been replaced by the 'Kris' which hasn't got the longer back. It's all rubbish. I used to spend a lot of money in Cotton on but they've gone downhill badly. Maybe since COVID not getting the range from China? Won't be buying there again as I'm not a teenager and it looks like that's all they're catering for now.

I have made two orders with Cotton On online and both times I paid for express shipping just for it to be really late. My latest order should have been delivered today but I didn't even get a shipping confirmation or tracking number. After contacting their live chat, someone was able to give me a tracking number but it hasnt even been loaded into Couriers Please system so who knows where it is or when it will arrive. I'm pretty annoyed with myself for ordering again online, hopefully I won't forget next time I have the urge to buy cheap bad quality clothes.

Cotton on sells some really nice things, but it’s a little messy eg. My pleated skirt had some loose thread, and the shipping takes a while.

Piece-a-crap mask too small.. Course won't do a refund considering its been on ma mug... scam of the century.

I ordered two packages one arrived today the other not here yet. The one I just received came as I was in the living room so I could see it being delivered. This man walked not even up the steps of my house and threw my package at my door. I understand it is just clothes but that is horrible... they also say my second package isn meant to arrive AND I PAY EXPRESS SHIPPING but when I search it on "couriers please" website its changed for in another 3 days. Seriously, update your customers on these things.

I payed extra for express shipping and still did not arrive till the following week. I ordered on a Monday, and it was supposed to take 2-3 business days, but instead took 6 business days. Extremely disappointed.

Cotton on is one of my favourite stores their clothes are always amazing. The clothes are good quality great customer service and they have clothes for all shapes and sizes.

these high waisted jeans have had men sliding into my DMs all day after going to the shop in them and they only set me back $20 thanks cotton on! With the perk card, it's so easy to rack up points towards a $10 off coupon for online or in-store shopping too.

(regarding Womens range)
* The product pages don't have enough garment info - some have none at all.
* The sizing charts need a LOT of work.
* There absolutely needs to be some kind of customer feedback option - reviews are crucial when shopping online especially when it comes to clothing, to know what sizing suits what body types.
* Shipping takes 3-5 business days, free over $60.
* Returns are FREE, which is something.
* There are frequent sales, which is awesome.
* Clothing quality is CHEAP - they've definitely compromised quantity ove...

The quality of cotton on clothing is poor for the listed RRP, however, if you manage to get items on sale, great deal! e.g. $10 jeans, $3 tops, $5 shoes

This is a mixed review. Great on-line ordering and pick up in store. Fabulous range online as more products than in store. Always sent to store really quickly. Great Customer service also from Cranbourne Cotton On.
I do love the Adele trackpants but they seemed to run a bit large last season. Colours are fabulous. I Keep ordering them because love the fit when I finally worked out to buy a size smaller but these seem a bit short in the leg. Unfortunately they don't wash or wear that well and start to go baggy and saggy after a few washes...
