Terrible returns /refunds online service
I bought a lot throughout the lockdown and sent back about $80 worth of returns -didn’t receive the proper amount back ,had to chase and chase and be given these repetitive replies .Buyer beware- do not buy online if u think u may return anything by post -it’s not like The Iconic where u get the money back straight away,there’s email after email regarding the money(just pay it !)
and if u r lucky u may finally get an email saying it was processed from paypal ,along with the replies to queries that don’t even answer your questions as well ...
Great Styles, Great Prices and Great Range
Cotton on Body is a great place to buy activewear or loungewear. The prices are so reasonable and the products are on-trend. I love their recent Super Soft Draw Cord Crew and would love to see more of these in earthy, warm colours. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but items arrived well wrapped and boxed.
Not what I expected very different to the website I will never be buying anything from cotton on again online unless I see it yuck worst online shopping don’t buy online from here
I ordered 6 weeks ago $100 worth of things and I never got my order
Ordered 6 weeks ago never got my clothes they literally stole my money and you can’t get in contact with them email or phone they will not talk to you it’s a horrible way to run a buisness
I agree with the other reviewer [name removed] Same maddening experience. I sent some returns back to CO at the start of May. CO emailed two three weeks later saying a refund had been issued and could take up to 5 business days to receive. It's been 17 business days and my emails to them have gone unanswered. Finally today they sent a generic email that it would take up to 5 business days. In the same period (or even for returns I started later) I've received all requested refunds from other online fashion retailers. There's no explanation or apology or follow up from CO. This is not Covid, this is shoddy business practice. At this point I don't know if I'll actually be able to get my money back.
first time click and collect was so easy and the product was great i couldnt get the pants instore so i tried online and yes the sizing was true to size fits great

Cotton On unfairly refused to REFUND my money as they said that 1 item was missing when I posted their items back to them. I KNOW that I sent all items back! So now they have all their products back and I'm still out of pocket.
I'm so disappointed with Cotton On. When I asked them to investigate the possibility that something may have gone wrong from their end they ignored my emails and did not respond back.
I'm sure it was j...ust an accident on the part of the person who unpacks and checks returns, but how am I supposed to prove that I have sent these products back? I followed their Return Instructions and now I'm in this position.
An absolute muck around
I ordered several items and after they arrived I returned the items immediately on the 21/04 that didn't fit via the print out return postage slip. After close to 2 months of ordering items and waiting hours on the live chat (only for it to fail each time and return me to the back of the queue), emailing customer service, contacting the store and contacting them on messenger, my refund has finally begun the return process although this will take up to 5 business days to process. I was told by the store to keep trying the live chat, so this is ...what I did and finally had a response but was not told sorry for the muck around or anything instead I was told that this was just a mistake in their system. Not good enough. And after explaining how frustrated I was, they offered me free shipping for next time I make a purchase online. I WILL NEVER AGAIN. What an absolute joke.

I would like to commend Mr. Timothy, who is always active by email whenever I have some questions about the order I placed on their site. I've made a mistake placing an order with a missing information for the address and he did his best to have it updated. I was kind of hesitant at first because of the reviews I saw here but I was proved otherwise. I received my parcel today- a week later since I placed my order and I'm from Dubai, UAE. All in the right sizes and in great quality. Thank you so much!! I couldn't be happier!

I will never buy online with Cotton on ever again. Their customer service is a JOKE. I had accidentally filed my enquiry under the wrong reason as I was wanting to return an item and it was actually difficult to see what reason it would be under for the enquiry form. Mind you this was about a product I had sent back to Cotton on over 2 weeks ago before writing the enquiry. I got a blanket response back that had nothing to do with my order or my question that I sent them. It was a real person who sent me the message too, not a bot - so this was ...obvious to me that they didn't even bother to take the time to read what my message said or direct it in the right place. After 3 & a bit weeks of not hearing a thing from Cotton On I finally received a message that I was receiving a refund FINALLY! I hope Cotton On takes into consideration all of these reviews left on this website because their service really ISN'T good enough & are leaving people out of pocket for things that have paid for and don't even have.

Sent wrong item and ticket closed with no response
I ordered several items online on April 29 which were delivered May 5. One item was incorrect- I ordered a cat pen I really wanted and they sent a different one so I emailed asking for the correct one or a refund and it’s now weeks later and still no response and they closed the ticket without contacting me at all. I’m just bummed because I normally love typo and cotton on and I really wanted that cat pen! To not even get a response or a “sorry” is really disappointing.
Utterly Disgusting Online service!
Disgusting service at the moment! I have never had issues in the past, but recently I have had my money taken from my credit card, but zero acknowledgment that my order has been received.
I have tried to confirm what is happening for 3WEEKS via email, messenger, instore and phoning their help line with zero response.
Covid or no Covid, this is absolutely unacceptable. My money has been taken without an order being processed, or at the very least, with them failing to advise me otherwise in this 3week period!

Almost 3 weeks and no shipping
Order placed on 6 May, as at 25 May No shipping details provided. No way of speaking to someone directly as phone and online chat has been disabled. No communication besides two generic email responses to my almost 10 emails. Stating 5 - 10 day wait for shipping details. No way to get my money back or product purchased
Sent wrong items, no response
Was sent the wrong order, shipped late at that. Two weeks later and I've emailed twice. Recieved nothing but an automated email asking if my enquiry had been resolved yet and suggesting I check the faq.
Will never buy from this company again.
Online order 1st April - 8 weeks later not even dispatched. Have emailed numerous times and get generic response back about delays. Phone lines closed and email only - have asked for order to be cancelled and refunded twice and asked other questions. Nothing answered or acknowledged just generic responses that say 5-10 after order received it will Ben dispatched. Complete joke.. waiting for winter clothing, ordered early to get it when I needed it - now - $100 out of pocket. By the time they actually dispatch it won’t be even be winter and unlikely to even have what I ordered in stock to deliver. Absolutely pathetic customer service and doubt I will see my items or money back. Do not buy online from this store.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! Placed a large order online 18th April and website site said expect delivery in 5 business days. Got a confirmation email on 22nd that the order had been sent and a further email a week later saying due to COVID there has been some delivery days but it would arrive soon. Fast forward to today and my order still hasn't arrived and the person managing your social media messages tells me that it actually hasn't been sent by the courier!!! whilst offering a refund (which will take up to 10 business days) they ...stated they could not honour the online the price of the items that I had paid for online in store if I went in to purchase the exact same items, as it was an online only promotion. Absolutely ridiculous considering it was not my fault they can't organise a courier and a timely delivery.. also terrible that it takes minimum 24 hrs to respond on social media and my email from 2 weeks ago was never responded to. Strongly advise against shopping with Cotton On!

Returned items not refunded
I returned several items 3 weeks ago. Have not received a refund. Spent 4.5 hours over 3 days trying to access online chat. Finally got on. No help whatsoever. Disgusting
Product never arrived and no customer service.
I placed an order for an item from cotton on over a month ago. It never arrived. I contacted the customer service team to notify them and was advised that they would get back to me, but would be delayed due to increased demand currently. I waited a month - still no product and no response - before sending another email stating that my query was still unresolved. I received and email stating "Due to the length of time that this has taken us to get to you, we are hoping that your inquiry has been resolved" even though I had sent an email (in the ...same thread) two days prior stating that it was not resolved!!! I have received no subsequent response except for a survey asking for feedback on the customer service I was given... Ummm, what customer service???!!!!! Interesting that on the website there are still sales and the group is still taking orders, even though they cannot fulfill orders that were placed - and paid for - over a month ago. What. A. Joke. Won't be bothering to shop at Cotton On again any time soon.

Don't Buy From Online Store Any Time Soon
Have purchased before with no issue. This time 5th May, I placed an order and watched for the confirmation screen, the money came out of my bank account. A week later, no emails, no products, no refund. I log into my account and the order that at time of purchase was confirmed on the screen, now says order status failed, but yet there was no communication about the order or a refund. As their phone lines apparently aren't working, I sent an email and spent 2 days wait on their online chat which often times out then send you to the back of the q...ueue. To be told that an refund has been processed (the day before I finally got onto them, after my emails, which to this day still haven't been responded to) Email chat guys was ok I suppose, there was never any form of apology as to why my order was confirmed then cancelled, or why that was not communicated by them at all, or why they didn't automatically process a refund on the day it failed and it took several emails, to get them to do so and they still couldn't respond. At least I got my money back, would have preferred my purchase. If I could give this experience zero stars I would
Customer Service Team accused me of being a fraud
After hearing nothing from emailing them a week back about my failed order. I waited the whole day to talk to a customer representative on the live chat. They accused me of being a fraud after telling me my order failed and there's nothing they can do to help. The Cotton On Group is not a small operation, this is unacceptable. Never going to use the website ever again.

No extend sizes available in the store. If I found one, you are lucky. That probably is the only one in Aus. Why are they producing it? Save for themselves to wear, not for sale?
