Cotton On

I use to make big 3-$400 online shops at a time and get tons of clothes.
Now the prices are ridiculous!! $50–$80 for a plain jumper?! No thanks, and the stitching just falls apart.
The styles are out there (which I get is in atm) or horrible materials that don’t breathe and I can’t wear due to health issues. There are a few good basics. But even they are $30 now when they use to be $10.
I’m so upset I won’t be shopping here anymore to buy new boxes of clothes for me and my daughter every season like we use to is not affordable at all, sad tha...

I had been using CottonOn for years now and enjoyed there wide range for affordable prices but the last couple of orders I've been disappointed.
Clothing has had holes along with a tear and most clothing looking unfinished as there's string hanging off in most sections.

Always attracted to C.O's value driven ethos. Clean, Green and Natural. So was very Disappointed recently to see the alcohol ridden slogans on men's Tshirts. This Nation has a significant alcohol problem, with our young men and more recently young women. Expected more. A real downer.

I have ordered three times in past few months both baby clothes and 6 year olds clothes. Navigating online store was easy, decent selection, slightly higher prices but it meets the quality of products and delivery was fast, inside a working week within Sydney metro during lockdown. Only complaint would be bad quality Goonies Boys Shirt, seems to be original merch, but the cotton pattern has twisted in the torso section, in comparison with Spiderman Black glow in the dark shirt which is superb quality.

I ordered and received my order confirmation on the 5th Oct (8 days ago) and still haven't received any updates on my order since? I contacted them through the 'live chat' function twice but the first time they said it was dispatched and I would receive a shipping update within 48 hours ... more than 48 hours later and I'm yet to receive one. So I've contacted them again through live chat and this time they said my order was still being processed? But they didn't even ask for my order number which they did last time. Very confused but I really hope I receive a shipping update eventually... I paid $100 to be ghosted by a company lol. Hopefully they're just really busy...

Don't order Express. They give you an estimate and yes, it says that it'll be 'approximately' delivered within 5 days of when you ordered it but my tracking said an extra week. Don't pay the extra for Express. Absolute waste and where the crap is the $2 going? To the so called charity they say to donate to (when you're in store)? SMH. Waste. Go spend the $2 towards your $5 coffee at the local cafe instead!

Ordered 24 August for birthday present. Said delivery 1 sept. Today 19 September. Still nothing! Received 2 messages saying it’s ‘coming today’. Doesn’t arrive. Phones xomoany twice. Get nowhere. Disappointing.

Cotton On products have a great range of style and sizes that are affordable and appealing. I’m petite and their smaller sizes and range are a great fit.

Due to lockdown, I recently made a large purchase through the online store. When I received them, the products themselves looked great, but I was disappointed by the amount of waste. Each item came individually packaged with a plastic bag and each underwear it’s own plastic hanger. Ok, a few of the plastic bags are made from 90% recycled plastic, which is something, but I don’t see the neces...

I’m a size small or xs and both have been too small for me so chose their “medium” - fit perfectly for their activewear but got some other pants and the medium wouldn’t even stay on me it was so big. This inconsistency is shocking

Shopping easy and range good. But delivery during pandemic is terrible. Ordered from Cotton On, Myer, Lovista and JBHiFi all on same day. Express postage on all orders. 5 days later and cotton on haven't even dispatched yet, the only way to contact is via online chat. All other parcels were received within 3 days.

I’m reviewing this product here because Cotton On make no provision for reviews on site- not even for members. Kind of speaks volumes, doesn’t it?
The trackie dacks are advertised as ankle grazers. Well, at 175cm I’m of average height- not especially tall- and I don’t call ending 8cm above my ankle “ankle grazing”. I call that “mid calf”. They’re not particularly slim fitting either- particularly on the lower leg- what there is of it.
I got these 1/2 price for round the house, otherwise they’d be going back.
If you intend to wear them out of the house and aren’t short- don’t buy them!

I have been wearing Cotton on Active 7/8 tights for around 10 years.
Recently (last 2 years) the quality has decreased, as well as the sizing.
As a size 16-18 I used to wear the XL tights. They were thick, soft and stretchy. I recently bought an XL pair and couldn't fit into them, despite not putting on any weight and still fitting the old XL ones. So I bought both the 2XL and 3XL to see what they were like. Great affordable clothing for kids however such an awful experience with delivery. Paid for express and still waiting after more than a week.
Contacted customer service who were going to email me a reply as they needed to contact couriers please. Still no reply and still no goods. So disappointing!!!

I used to LOVE cotton on. Honestly, whenever I needed new clothes, stationary, active wear or undies they're always the first place I'd look. Its such a shame that the online store is so poorly handled, specifically the timing with which you receive an order. On several occasions now I've paid for express shipping & been given a delivery date only to have my order turn up well over a week later, whats the point in even offering express if you can't follow through on the promise of it being here sooner than if i hadn't paid any extra at all? THE GOOD: Cotton On allows you to shop their multiple brands on the one website. You can browse Supre, Typo, Rubi, Factorie, Cotton On, etc., all at once. Cotton On (and their other brands) are pretty good at staying on trend when it comes to styles, cuts, and colours. I find cute things on the site regularly and just return things that don't suit.
