I have ordered three times in past few months both baby clothes and 6 year olds clothes. Navigating online store was easy, decent selection, slightly higher prices but it meets the quality of products and delivery was fast, inside a working week within Sydney metro during lockdown. Only complaint would be bad quality Goonies Boys Shirt, seems to be original merch, but the cotton pattern has twisted in the torso section, in comparison with Spiderman Black glow in the dark shirt which is superb quality.

THE GOOD: Cotton On allows you to shop their multiple brands on the one website. You can browse Supre, Typo, Rubi, Factorie, Cotton On, etc., all at once. Cotton On (and their other brands) are pretty good at staying on trend when it comes to styles, cuts, and colours. I find cute things on the site regularly and just return things that don't suit. Customer service has always been good and I have never had a problem. Cute but simple/not expensive-looking accessories. Read moreook great. (I wish they came in white). Great microfibre fabric on these. Generally, some creative use of fabrics (for example, they've carried some really cute stretch-velvet tops and dresses). ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: Some of the fabrics could be improved (for example, tops and dresses don't always wash well depending on the fabric blend and weight). Some are see-through in lighter colours or not flattering for curves. (For example, light-coloured dresses will frequently show panty lines). Cotton On jeans are too tricky for me so I don't buy these because I just don't feel confident enough that the fit will work. It can be tricky for me to determine what will work for my body online but I still always find some things that do. I think Cotton On could also carry more thick, stretchy, bodycon styles (not short, though!) and cute jackets. Anything that is very soft, cozy, thick, or stretchy would be a hit. I always keep an eye on Cotton On for decent basics as well as trendy pieces and knickers. Not everything ends up working for me but I pick and choose styles and never have a problem with returns. If fabrics could be improved a bit I would be a very happy customer. (I wonder if they would consider adding a premium line...?) Also, if they'd consider carrying more fitted and soft styles, velvet, suedette, tie-waist styles, etc. because I always go for these. Also, more guidelines for purchasing denim online and consistent sizing and stretch for this category. More stretch and fitted styles in thicker fabrics (I would be willing to pay a bit more) :) Your current colour range is very nice but I'd always love it if you could add more maroon, camel, beige, because these are my favourite colours. Always love going online for one thing and checking out with many. It's estimate delivery is accurate, well packaged and great sizes and variety of choice. One of my fave places to shop!

Took about a week to receive the clothing and love everything I got. All pieces were as advertised and will buy more in the future. Just wait for a sale and it's worth it

The stores are well lated out and easy to navigate making it simple to find what you need. Cotton on is working on their size inclusivity which is great fr everyone. The quality of the products is made to last at an affordable price :)
Very nice clothes for every style! Cotton On is my favourite clothes store because they have cheap clothing that is also cool and (most of it) is good quality! They have a big range of clothing to suit every style and they also have some makeup and fun stuff. Would totally recommend!!

Clearance store in Sydney, Market City and purchased 2 t-shirts for $10. Service was prompt, although the store is quite hard to walk around and freely look at the clothes due to limited space.

I had a couple children's birthday coming up and look at the Cotton On online store to see what they had. I found the website easy to navigate. They had some great sales on at the time. I took the opportunity to buy some personalised items and spending over $60 gave free shipping. I received the items a week later, they were packaged well which I was pleased with given I had purchased breakables. I wouldn't have paid full price the the items but with the sale price I can't complain! I would shop online with them again

Hadn't used their click and collect before - but got a voucher and noticed it can be used online. Online seems to have some HEAVILY discounted stuff compared to instore; I've ordered twice now and click-and-collected to the store near my work.
Only downside is that it takes a few days to prepare; the stock mustn't come off the shelves, must come from their central distribution warehouse with their next stock shipment or some-such.

Still haven't received the tracking number after purchase it and been almost 3 weeks now , very disappointed!!!!!!
Online shopping with Cotton On is ok if u choose to pick up in shop. I am still wondering why Cotton On is still using country’s worst shipping company - Courier xxxxxx!
The driver never came to your home for delivery but they did update their online status as “attempt to deliver but not at home”! Also they said they left the card for me but they did not ! What a ridiculous service!!! I did give instruction to leave my order at my front door but they took my order back to their warehouse ‘
I am so frustrated to have Courier pls to deliver my order as I had few horrible experiences with them. This time, again, I really don’t know how long can I take my order back or it would never come ?
Cotton On Admin/Customer device: Please take all your customers review seriously and consider to change your courier partnership to boost your competitiveness !
