Appalling quality and service
We paid almost $10000 for 7 zip track blinds for our back veranda. We have had nothing but problems with the blinds since installation. Any wind at all and they break! We have now been told warranty does not cover storm damage. Every single blind broke last night during a storm. All the other houses along our road have blinds installed by another company...no issues with their blinds all still intact. and remove them, Nicole said “ I would not call Harvey Norman’s if my outside table was damaged in the wind”. We have now removed the blinds ourselves and they are going to the tip...best place for them!!! Please reconsider if you are considering using Country Blinds....there are much better businesses out there!!! I hope our experience helps others. We were out when the storm warning was issued so could not put the blinds up. However on a previous occasion we did put the blinds up as advised by Country blinds and they still broke!!5 comments

very long road were damaged....$10000 and lasted 3 years with ongoing problems throughout! Our outdoor space is as you say a “great outdoor space” not enhanced by your substandard blinds. I wrote my review in good faith to warn other people to consider their options and ask around others who have had blinds installed that have proved to be good quality, value for money and lasted. It is up to those reading the review to decide the best option for them. There are lots of businesses offering blinds and awnings and we now wish we had chosen one of the businesses our neighbours had used. We are exploring our own solutions and will most certainty never engage Country Blinds or recommend you to anyone. I did not mention the install you did for my 82 year old mother in law in which you omitted one of the motors she had paid for. She did not notice until I asked her if both blinds worked off the same remote! When I called to enquire, that was not a pleasant experience either.JakeCountry Blinds Curtains and Doors

should be left down in storm damaging winds. I’m going to look in to your mums stuff, as my rep said we had done a lot of work for you over the years, so he was unsure where all this is coming from. I would love to know more about what is going on with your Mums because we would NEVER do something like that. Buyer Beware
Would give no stars if that was an option. The attitude and sloppy workmanship lets this company down. Everyone I dealt with from the salesperson to the fitters to the management are rude and aggressive. They measured roller shutters incorrectly but installed them anyway, then would not replace, remove or refund for their error. Result? I now need to get another company in to remove their dodgy work and replace correctly - this equates to a $2,700 error!!! I know there are some five star reviews below but seriously caution against using this lot.

dollars - the blame largely lays with the salesperson (who I won't name) who did not measure correctly or take into account certain things that would impact the installation of the shutters. I do not wish to contact you as I tried several times to remedy but to no avail. I have posted this to alert other potential customers only.JakeCountry Blinds Curtains and Doors

BEWARE! Sub standard workmanship and customer service!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I begin? Put it this way.. have been in a dispute with country for almost a year. We have had 6 different people to our home over a period of 4 months to try and rectify their awful workmanship. Curtains hung 2 inches off the ground, incorrect calculations meant they hung the curtains almost to the ceiling, left during peak winter with no curtains, better still they decided to leave our brand new curtains by our front door in the pouring rain. One installer rude, dismissive, swearing and complaining. Calls unreturned, follow up commitments never followed. It goes on and on. Buyer beware. Go somewhere else

Not recommended in any way shape or form
I cannot recommend Country Blinds at all. Of the twenty odd homes I have refitted the workmanship and professionalism of Country Blinds is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. Three of the four block out blinds are hung crookedly. Two of the four block outs are so under width it’s a joke. Both sheers are hung crookedly and also drag on the floor. Both curtain rods for the sheers are not to the correct width resulting in the sheers drooping and looking cheap and nasty. Add to this the numerous delays in installation and the appalling rudeness almost abusive behaviour of management I can only advise do not under any circumstance use Country Blinds. A most regrettable experience.

Shocking please never use
We've had nothing but dramas with this mob, they've been out several times to install one blind but have not been successful anytime they come, also the workers are very rude, I've ended up using victory blinds and they have been successful first go!
I'd recommend victory but would say please don't put yourself through the drama of country blinds they are a joke!

Over promise and under deliver
I stupidly used this company twice. Both times I had the exact same terrible experience. They promised a delivery date but it would seem they had no intention of keeping that promise. The deliver dates came and went with no communication. When I followed up they just blamed their supplier. Do not believe a thing they say.

One of the worst experiences we have had.
They promise everything and then fail to deliver. Right from the first fitting they failed to inform of supply us as promised and then demanded the time and day to suit them and not listening to us saying what our availability was, even then they turned up with only parts of the items to be fitted and even they were not the correct items. They then returned again later that day to do more fitting to still not have all or the correct items. ven after the third attempt on another day they still did not have the correct items. Come a week later and one part was fixed. It took over 3 months to have the correct fittings and attachments to 3 security doors and 2 security window screens fixed to our home after many calls and failed promises.Similar opinion?
