If you are like me and love dairy products but can’t tolerate a lot…the dilemma is real and CoYo plant based yoghurt is the answer…a dairy free and gluten free yoghurt.
The texture is quite different to regular yoghurts..but it is delicious and does not upset the tummy.
Last week I had the vanilla bean flavoured…delicious as a breakfast or a dessert with a banana chopped through it.
This week mango,next week strawberry,then mixed berry…
It’s around the $6 mark at Coles, not cheap but when you have allergies nothing is cheap…but this product is worth trying.

Tastes nice but insn't as wholesome as orginally percieved
COYO Natural has a delicious flavour; slightly tart, fresh, light and very refreshing and the label reads dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, grain-free, nut-free, peanut-free, soy-free, vegan, and vegetarian, so upon reading it, thinking, wow - thing is an amazingly natural product.
However, for those who believe in eating, wholesome, healthy foods, COYOs' ingredients list just didn't cut the mark for me. Yes, the coconut milk used is organic, but also included are tapioca starches, pectin and added sweeteners xylitol and stevia. Yes, also, ...COYO has cultures that are good for gut health. I do like COYO and it is definitely above standard when compared to mass produced yogurts such as Vaalia or Ski which also are loaded with additives, but when comparing COYO to a pure, wholefood like Jalna BioDynamic Greek Pot Set Yogurt which just has whole milk and cultures, COYO doesn't seem so 'natural'.
