Cricut Joy

example the paper, the mats, the vinyl, and the pens. These products are very overpriced for the quality you get. You are better off buying stuff from an other brand, is most certainly cheaper and heaps better. That’s what I do now and it works much better.

Bluetooth issues – My cricut joy has had bluetooth connection issues since i bought it about a year ago. I have spent more time trying to get it to connect than I have making projects. it doesn't. Sometimes I give up on a project I'm in the middle of for a month or so, because I spend 4 hours trying to get it toc connect, then give up. I've just decided to try and use it again, and it won't connect to my laptop. I'm really frustrated. If this is a problem with this model, can I please get a replacement of a model that works. OR one with a wired connection. Maybe that would help.

The machine does not work with Bluetooth – I liked the idea; however, it does not work with Windows 11 or any other laptop. If you connect it to a phone, it's a very limited and superficial App. There's nothing good you can do because it is not easy to make the right size as if you would do it on a computer. Troubleshooting says the device works properly, but it can not connect and stays in Not Connected mode. I reconnected it at least seven times, rebooted, and reinstalled it; nothing helped. I am sad, but I must drop it off at the shop tomorrow because it is useless.

Died after not even having it a year – I contacted Cricut on Tuesday 8th August regarding my machine not working, I followed all instructions and sent the video that was requested less than 10 minutes after the request was emailed to me. machine had been arranged through a local retailer and upon collecting my new machine I would need to give them my old one. I replied asking where to collect and when but I had no response.

I then followed up on this at the below times - Friday 11th August AM - Friday 11th August PM - Monday 14th August to Brady Obrein - Monday 14th August to Reina

I still had not received any correspondence since Wednesday so I went back on the online chat and spoke to Gemma who advised my replacement machine had been posted out.

I’m disappointed I have to now wait for postage when I was told to collect from a local retailer.

The estimated arrival time for the parcel is the 22nd August. If it arrives on time, which things never do with Australia Post it will be at least 2 weeks without a working machine.

I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication, poor customer service and incorrect information provided by Cricut.
