Thank you Crystal! – My job has been an ongoing saga and has been a roller coast ride of emotions. But the people who work here have been patient and seen me through! I am so happy with the end results of the Robe doors, splashbacks and Shower Screens I have had replaced. Thank you Crystal!
Shower glass shattered – This company built our pantry and walk in robe for the company that built our house and it has all needed to be replaced as it was glued up. The shower glass Shattered into a million pieces today when no one was near it. Avoid this company.

Brand New Pantry Shelving falling down- Screws unhinged – We have our brand new home built by Henley, the pantry room shelving was built by Crystal Homes and they have done very shoddy work, top two rows are falling and the screws unhinged from the shelves. Both Henley and us contacted Crystal and they promised to send a tech guy to fix it but none turned to do the fix, incompetent work and bad customer service
Poor Quality and No Professionalism! – Our new shower screen was installed scratched and was not installed correctly (not secured with any screws). After inspection from the organization, it was confirmed that the screen was to be removed and a new door ordered. It has been 4 weeks since the inspection and 3 different contractors came to install with the wrong measurements each time. Until now, the experience has been daunting! Waste of time and effort and when you try to complain you get the run around. They say they will call and never do. I have to call them to follow up and ask for answers. Very disappointing service and no professionalism!l
