We purchased all our tiles for our new house through CTM Seven Hills. Manuel and the team went above and beyond to help us. We had a dilemma with timber flooring we purchased elsewhere, it had to be removed and we ended up ordering a better product from CTM Seven Hills. Because of the great service, we even purchased the carpet from them also. The whole houses flooring ended up being from CTM and we couldn't be more happier with the end result.

I recently bought all my flooring and bathroom tiles from CTM Seven Hills the sales team were always very accommodating. There tilers did a great job of our entertainment and pool area and I really like that they have a supervisor that comes out to the job site to inspect.

They are the most amazing helpful and professional sales team i have ever been too!!!. Shahin was awesome!, he has such great styling qualities, which helped me a lot in choosing the correct flooring!. Manuel the Branch manager is a champion! he was able to give me the best prices on my huge order!!, saving thousands!!. There timber floor layers done a fantastic job!, they left my house nice and clean!.

Sales rep (Francs) was very knowledgeable and helpful beyond duty of call.
Emmanuel (I think the Principal) was also equally helpful.
Installers (timber) were very punctual and precise with their job. Left site very clean which made it easy and less cleaning for me.
I highly recommend CTM and basically one stop shop so weekends are easier :)

We used CTM just over a week ago. From the outset with Franz from Sales, Makaila from Customer Service and Ali who completed the installation, we had a terrific experience. I would like to highly recommend both Franz and Ali. Franz was very courteous and honourable and Ali was a complete pleasure to have installing our product. I couldn't be happier with the end result and would highly recommend your company, in particular Franz and Ali.

We recently visited the CTM Seven Hills store recently and were blown away with the level of service and professionalism shown by the staff. They were courteous and explained everything to us regarding our flooring needs. We ended up buying tiles and carpet and were impressed by the range and price. The sales person was called Manuel. Also, the tiler (I think called Jockey) was terrific, punctual and efficient. I would definitely recommend CTM and this tiler to everyone!

Person at seven hills store was unprofessional and their price is way to much than other competitors.

This company is expensive and ripping off their customers. Please stay away from them.

I was not happy talking to their sales person as looks unprofessional and rude.

All of our tile requirements for 2 bathrooms and laundry were obtained from CTM at West Gosford. The staff who helped us included Michelle, Christina, and George. All simply amazing people with great product knowledge and most amiable and attentive. Their advice, assistance and service surpassed the very best one can hope to receive. The supply of product was timely and efficient, great quality and very affordable price. Most importantly we are delighted with the results. CTM Gosford is a great store. Awesome lighting, excellent product range and staff that go above and beyond with their customer service.

I would like to mention that the service at CTM was fantastic, i really felt welcomed and the overall experience was awesome. The lighting in the shop was really good as well. Way better then most of the shops i walked into in Sydney.

When renovating our house CTM was amazing and went above and beyond. Their customer service was great and the finished product is perfect. Highly recommended!

From walking into the store to choosing and the final laying of tiles and floor boards the CTM team were impressive. Their product knowledge and helpful suggestions were the best compared to other companies. They kept us up to date on progress and answered all our queries. First impressions last and the flooring is the first thing visitors comment on when they walk into our home.

issue started with laying wood on an uneven floor..
Finally with the help of the builder, our floor was leveled ..CTM laid the woods on the leveled floor and helped us in completing this project...
Though started with lots of hiccups finally all ended well..

Got my tiles supplied and installed with CTM. Can not fault the job and the quality of tiles . Fantastic customer service . Will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anyone !!!!

So happy with my new flooring. Will be back for our carpet. Thanks again to the amazing staff who are very knowledgeable.

May 1st 2017 Update: Great experience

Very happy with CTM flooring. Went to several flooring stores that had very poor service and range. CTM left a very big impression that made our decision very easy. Great quality and very good service. Even called to see if we were happy. Highly recommended to anyone that wants quality at reasonable prices.
