Cudo is offering $10 store credit to their customers to encourage them to write a positive or negative review. It is possible that reviews were written by customers who received such a reward.
Winery experience - change of conditions
The product changed substantially (possibly due to Caronavirus impact) and no longer suited me. The menu changed as well as the days on which it was offered, plus the time to use the experience was extremely short once I learnt of the change and before the expiry date. Marvell provided a credit voucher, which was a satisfactory outcome.

How does Cudo really work?
I have been signed up to Cudo for a while now as the seemingly unbelievable deals from good brands has always been enticing. A couple of days ago I received a $10 store credit, so I decided to buy something for the first time. I bought two mystery beauty bags and also 2 sets of the detox tea 14 day packs.
The postage was really good, I received these products today, however after opening them I realised that the tea had surpassed it's best before date and the beauty bags had competition cards included that terminated in 2016. I was a bit di...sappointed that these products were not current, the beauty products don't really go out of date, but I have emailed the Fit Detox Tea (the brand of tea) to enquire whether the tea will be less effective as a detox because of it's date. My question is, is Cudo simply outlet for brands to dispose of their products that are no longer viable to be sold normally? (in this case out of date). If it is, and i'm sure it may not be the case for all of your products, and I was actually informed prior to my purchase, I would have no problem with that, but since there was no disclaimer in the product description, or even a general explanation of how Cudo sources it's products in the FAQs section of the website, I am disappointed. Frankly, this experience has made Cudo seem very unreliable and I'm not sure I will be ever purchasing anything from there again.
Good Customer Service after delivery error
Customer Service Consultant Madhubani was great to deal with when a company sent me the wrong product. Even though it took about 1-2 weeks to get it all sorted, I was kept in the loop the whole time about what was happening which was great considering we cannot call anyone regarding the error. Thanks Madhubani for your great service.
Firstly couldn't find my voucher on the app.
The app was freezing when making a booking.
After many emails my last contact sent it through.
Still couldn't book through the app so rang the place directly to make booking. Lots of time wasted.
Also stressful because booking date cut off was a day away.
I now have everything resolved and a date to use my voucher due to a fantastic member of your team Thu.
Toy storage Bag rubbish!!!
Not happy Cudo customer I really think you guys need to look closely at all the products you sell & promote on your website!!! I recently brought 2 children's storage play mats small in pink for my two little granddaughters, total disappointment, all I could think of was l have been totally ripped off !!! They were as big as a small tray, not much bigger than a dinner plate, lol not sure what toys you could store in this!!! The website picture shows 4 kids & a mum sitting around large mat playing with Lego, there were no sizes on the website as...to what small & large were, total waste of money purchasing this rubbish & cost of postage from China, unhappy Cudo online shopper, I wish I could photos I what I thought I was buying & what I received.
Ok service. Be weary of handling and delivery fees
I unknowingly purchased deals that were from international suppliers and after checking out using the voucher I then had to pay the handling and delivery fees which inadvertently brought the prices up considerably. Had I bought the items from local suppliers, I would have paid about the same because the delivery charges would have been lower. Furthermore, I would have had the products sooner and when it come to returns, local is easier.
Faulty product, but excellent service
We bought a dog bean bag, after only a few weeks of using it indoors (overnight only) for a medim size dog, it burst at the seem, when I emailed cudo help, i had a response immediately and the issue was dealt with the very next day (by Catherine- Thankyou)

At the beginning, i bought vivid cruise vouchers but it did not come up to my account properly so i ended up missing the right date. I was disappointed. I contacted to Cudo. Then, they tried to help me as much as possible like sending vouchers, images for me to direct to right steps and so on. It was such a great customer service. So i felt thankful that is why i am writing this.
I have purchased several wine deals fro Cudo without problem. Recently I ordered 3 cartons of wine but subsequently have been advised that my order won't be delivered as the 'supplier' does not deliver to Boonah Qld. Upon questioning why, I received an email stating that the terms of the deal stated “No sales to NT, Dry Communities and remote locations”. Boonah Qld is south of Ipswich & west of Beaudesert and within 1.5hrs of Brisbane CBD - hardly remote. My further enquires resulted in being advised that I was more than 1hr from Brisbane. I pr...eviously lived at Tamborine, more than an hour from Brisbane and received deliveries there without problem. I have received a refund but I find the lame reason for not receiving my order curious as I have since received a delivery from a subsequent order.

After reading various reviews online about people's experience in trying to get customer support from Cudo, I figured I had done my money when one of the companies supplying services through Cudo went bust. I was offered Cudo credit in excess of what I had paid ($120 Cudo credit for $99 outlay), but decided that I was unlikely to find anything I wanted to that value, offered through Cudo. I did email with a refund request, and this went unanswered after 4 weeks (despite previous emails about other subjects being answered within 48 hours on av...erage.) So I thought I would try the customer line, 1800 622 156. Refund sorted in a few minutes, no hassles. Still stunned! Australian call centre. No hassles. Be careful. They are selling large amounts of vouchers from suppliers who may be less than squeaky clean.

I've been using Cudo for several year with no problems but recently had an issue redeeming a $99 voucher. I have sent 3 messages via the Cudo website and one via Messenger over the past 3 weeks to explain the problem and get a refund on my voucher. But I have not heard ANYTHING back, not even to acknowledge my messages (except an automated reply on Messenger). I've now started a Disputed Transaction complaint process with my bank to recover my money. Very disappointed with the (lack of) customer service from Cudo!
Did you message ‘Customer Service’ via their site and go to the particular transaction via ‘My account’, I.e., your account. I got a prompt response same day apart from the immediate automated one.

I have emailed Cudo twice now over many weeks, with no response, requesting a refund for voucher TT7MYT6V as I have not been able to contact the vendor via any means available to redeem my voucher. I had a similar situation with Cudo. No response to emails so found a phone number and was given very good service by the consultant. No refund but a credit to spend within 12 months.
This is the third time I have tied to contact Cudo regarding a cancelled booking due to covid lockdown.
So far no response.
