So disappointing.
Found it very deceptive. It looks like you are buying from Australia with a .com.au address. Shipping times make you believe you can have your product in a couple of days. So you buy it……and then the truth comes out that it ships from the UK. Still waiting even though customer service said delivery will be fast. Just lies!

I wish I read reviews - counterfiet / empty box wth
As soon as I saw the box I knew it was counterfiet, I was even more surprised when I opened the box and the device or the gel wasn’t even in there….dunno how I’m going to get my money back for this one….
Woeful!!
Never came across this kind of "don't care" attitude, and this was for a decent order of just under $1k! Avoid at all costs.
Purchased from Amazon OZ with no problems at all.
