Failed to deliver correct Chairs and Table leg scratched.
Very unpleasant experience and poor customer service. I purchased a Dining Table and ten chairs from Custom Design at Hills Super Centre in September 2020. I’m told there is a 6-8 week wait. After 6 weeks I am delivered my table and ten ‘loan chairs’. These chairs are both different model and stain. I notice that the table leg is scratched and I'm told they will fix it when my chairs are swapped out. Fine, I accept this. Fast forward to February 2021 and the scratch is repaired and my chairs get replaced. But they are the wrong model. Different...
Read more to what I requested. Another few days go by while they try to get the chairs I ordered and now I'm told that the chairs I chose are no longer available, discontinued. I had the option for a full refund and return the furniture within the week. So am I supposed to sit on the floor while I wait another 8 weeks? Very inconsiderate, dishonest and no empathy to the customers expectations. Would have been nice to know when furniture is discontinued BEFORE you sell it. Would have saved me a lot of hassle and anguish.

Purchased our beside table which we love love love! A big thank you to Anthony from Moore park as these beside table was designed to suite our needs.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new wall unit. Anthony and the team could not have been more helpful and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Nothing was too much trouble and the unit was tailored exactly to the size we wanted and the colour. This company gives good old- fashioned service which is so rare today. Can highly recommend Custom Design Furniture.

Have just had a wonderful lounge chair made. Everything I had asked for.
Service was wonderful at Artarmon shop. Girls so friendly and helpful.
Parking is easy, pick up just outside door. Beautifully made product.

Just got my beautiful leather lounge. Leather is gorgeous and soft but beware ordering the medium firmness - it’s super hard! Hopefully is softens
