Communication has been excellent so far in our journey. Response to quarries have been prompt and professional. Natalie, our new home consultant has been great. Very friendly and approachable. She has been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and has helped with design ideas. We are about to do Pre start so looking forward to the next part of our journey.

I reached out to DAH who had been recommended to me by a couple of friends after I had lost confidence in my original builder. Luckily for me Darryn Jones replied nearly immediately and started what has been a faultless process. Due to the their attention to detail and early checks it was found out after a week that the design I had planned for my land would have to be changed quite significantly to fit council requirements. We are at the pre-construction stage of building our duplex pair with DAH. The experience and service so far is second to none.
Jason Burns our development consultant is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable, approachable and very professional. He answered all our queries patiently, explained the process and helped us to perfect our designs.
Corinne Lilly our selection consultant is amazing. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and patient and she has made the selection process a breeze.
We are looking forward to the building process and hoping that it will be just as amazing.

The service and experience so far has been great. Chris our new homes consultant has been great. He is knowledgeable, transparent and always available. He's quick to reply and has shown patience in explaining what we need to do and how to approach the building journey. Contracts are in process at the moment but I would definitely recommend Dale and Chris in particular for his professionalism and help so far. I look forward to starting the building process.

A couple of months ago we went to the Nine home display and met Steve Quartermaine. Since the first time we walked into the home display, Steve had been very helpful and always give us an assurance vibes that we will build an amazing house with Dale Alcock. Steve also helped us get a land, the perfect land size in the best location we could get. We are currently in the Pre-construction stage and nothing to fault in term of the process and support from all the team. We are looking forward to the next stage and hope for amazing support will be provided throughout the build.

We are currently in the Pre-construction stage with Dale Alcock and so far the customer service has been amazing. Our sales consultant Quentin Smith has gone above and beyond to help us perfect our design and answered any questions we've had and has just been a genuinely nice person (which is great to have in what can be a very stressful time). The new showroom Dales have in Leederville is also amazing to go see all the selections for your new home and everyone there is super friendly and helpful. We are really looking forward to the next stage and can't wait to see the end result!

I am at pre-construction with Dale Alcock Homes and to date there is absolutely nothing to fault with the process and the support and enthusiasm of my consultant, Liz Allen-Fisher. There has been good clear information from the start and no effort spared to find good solutions and outcomes. From the beginning we were made to feel valued and confident that Dale Alcock Homes through Andrew had our best interests in mind. All aspects of the build were outlined in an accurate and professional manner. When the final design was completed we were very comfortable with the whole process.

We have been very happy with the planning and communication with Liz and the team at Dale Alcock so far. They are building 2 houses for us and will be finished to budget. The build quality has been very good, especially the plastering - can't fault it. We are happy to recommend to anyone looking for a builder.

You know you are in safe hands when you are building with Dales. Quinten Smith went above and beyond to make things work for me. We went back and forth on the design many times until it was perfect and worked in my budget. He understood my vision very well!

John Williams took over our file after our initial consultant moved on from the business. He has been attentive to our needs and went over and beyond what we had expected. He has been able to work around our very busy schedules and has helped bring our vision to life. The first phase has been enjoyable so far and we hope the other stages will go on without a hitch. The pre construction phase of this project has been smooth & Darryn Jones had been very attentive to the need of customer care for Dale Alcock. Darryn was very careful in meeting the requirements for the changes made to the original plan. It was a little rushed to make all the required changes to the plan but Darryn reassured me that he will amend the necessary minor changes that we left out in our next meeting. Darryn had been really helpful so far & we look forward to having a wonderful experience of building a new home with his kind expertise.

As a first time builder it was hard to know where to start and all the choices and options seemed overwhelming. When visiting the Apsley Estate we met Chris at the Rosewood Display. Chris has been incredibly down to earth, honest, easy to understand and not pushy. Unlike other sales agents we had met Chris was focused on understanding what it was we wanted from a home rather than making us fit what was being sold. Thanks to Chris the whole experience thus far has been positive and we were given all the answers and information we needed to make informed choices - definitely would recommend Chris.

Nat Scott gave us a systematic and clear explanation about what is involved in the building of a new house.
We asked for a lot of information and many questions. She had the patience to explain them clearly and promptly.

Being first home builders, she explained the streamlined process of building with Dale Alcock and took the time to get to know us as a couple. From this, Sharelle was able to help us design the home of our dreams, taking into consideration our wants and needs as well as our budget requirements. She kept us informed throughout the process and was always willing to take the time out of her busy day to show us different options/houses currently under construction. The job has been managed excellent so far. Quick response and availability at all times. Patience and thorough details when requested. Transparency at all times. Very satisfied with the pre construction process. Cost was a bit different to expected though it is understood that it is part of updgrades requested.

Our building journey started off very bumpy. We had originally visited a Dale Alcock display home after raving reviews from family and friends on their customer service and quality of work, however whilst in conversation with a sales consultant we were advised that Dale Alcock would not be able to design and construct a custom build for our 305sqm block.

After meeting John Williams the first time, he gave us the honest truth about every detail we needed to know, he is a very knowledgeable man, pays 100% attention to detail and requirements we put on him. The excellent work he completed to prepare our design perfectly as how we wanted it, in a short time frame, exceeding our expectations
