We are mid-way through the construction of our build, during what has been very trying times for everyone. We’re so happy to have chosen Dale Alcock as our builder and although we’re not finished yet, we’re really happy with the progress so far albeit with the unavoidable delays which were completely out of everyone’s control.

We have had issues from start to now!
Trouble with consultant, trouble with roof, trouble with ongoing delays, trouble with moving downlights and a tv point to a new location. Being told yes you can to be told no you can’t the next day! This is the biggest investment of our lives and to be told no you can’t move lights / tv point because it’ll cause delays when we have already suffered so many delays what’s another one to add when it’s how we want OUR house to be!
It has been one of the worse experiences for us, it’s not enjoyable at all.

Staff will verbally confirm things with you to get the sale across the line, then completely miss IMPORTANT features on the final designs that are vital to the functionality of the building layout. We have been very happy with the planning and communication with Liz and the team at Dale Alcock so far. They are building 2 houses for us and will be finished to budget. The build quality has been very good, especially the plastering - can't fault it. We are happy to recommend to anyone looking for a builder.

I searched around a few different builders before signing up with Dale Alcock Homes. I chose Dale's due to the exceptional level of service I received form Marty Johann Jung. I found Marty to be highly experienced in custom design and highly devoted to ensuring that the home I built would be exactly what I wanted. This required several meetings after hours going through numerous options which Marty was more than happy to accommodate. The exceptional level of service has continued throughout the whole team at Dale's and the quality of build has been great so far.

Our whole process has been really great so far with Dale Alcock. From the day in the display home we met Marty we knew he would help us build our dream home on a significantly difficult block, and he really helped us understand the process, as we are first time builders with not much idea of what to do and what it involved. My husband and I could not be happier with our build. From the very beginning Dale Alcock Homes was professional and helpful. They were informative and upfront at every stage. The final cost was within budget and as expected. The quality of the workmanship was very good and the advice on colours for the interior and exterior was spot on.
