Throughout the build I was extremely well looked after by my Client Liaision Officer Carmelina Drew. All the queries & and items I need attention or changed was dealt with in a very efficient manner. I would always be responded to either that day or the next day advising of the item being actioned.
The quality of the build itself was also good. Structurally I can not fault the build - I am from a construction background and checking on the build throughout I was satisfied with its structural integrity.

We built with Dale Alcock Homes and had trouble from start to finish.
We been in the house just over 3 years and the front fence render is starting to peel off and discolour, you can see the outline of the bricks coming through the render.
Right from the beginning the fence has been to a poor standard, the wood slats were not painted properly with big sections with no paint at all we had to get them back 4 times and a visit from the supervisor for them to paint it properly and even then they had to touch up the render because they got the paint...

Trying to get some answers to why my Surfmist Colorbond roof is growing black fungus soon after it was built be aware of this company they don’t want to know after home is complete this has been ongoing and not a thing done but send me a solution on how to clean it .

overall the build was excellent with attention from all concerned particularly the building supervisor, unfortunately on a handover you dont climb all over the roof and assume things are done properly, 20 years later we are still experiencing water leaks, when contacted customer service we were told must be the installation of air conditioning system !

Hi. I am a foreigner. I chose Dale Alcock because they win a lot of award and we thought we will get a very good result from them even the price is expensive. But the Ending is the worst Ending. Here is why,
1. In the contract said Aircon suitable for the house. What we get is aircon system that only can be used for half the house, either bedrooms or living room. Dale Alcock said it is our fault that we did not ask the detail about the aircon since beginning.

We’re into our third year post-construction and couldn’t be happier. We’ve had one tenant and they don’t want to leave, they love the house. Stuart initially designed the house and ensured the process went seamlessly. His design and council regulation knowledge was invaluable. An extremely positive $$$ investment the whole way. Having built with Dale Alcock some twenty years ago we were amazed to be able to reacquaint with Liz Fisher in sales who had guided us through the construction of a development project. We have just moved into our new home and could not be happier. The service we received was just amazing and it all started with Spencer Jones at one of Dales display homes. The support and advice provided by Spencer set us up for an almost stress free journey through the building process. Every step of the way we were greeted with friendly helpful people. We had a few teething issue when we moved in and I was amazed at how quickly these issues were corrected. We have built many houses and this has to be the best and most relaxed experience we have ever had from start to finish.

Bought a Dale Alcock home built in 2005 that was constructed in 2003 that I am now Selling.
The buyers building inspector discovered that the roof has zero collar ties and that the roof construction my home is not compliant with the building code.
It turns out that as I am not the original owner, Dale Alcock will not fix the roof that is non-complaint with the building code. If I were the original owner then they would because the house was built less than 24 years ago.
