We were having trouble with bees inside the house. The guys assessed the problem and got on with fixing it. Also advised on other pest problems. Professional and fast work.

We had seen signs of both mice and rats and called Dawsons. A technician (Andy) came first thing the next day and was thorough, reassuring and a total professional. I was very impressed. He clearly explained everything he was doing and was straightforward and happy to answer all our questions. Excellent service; thank you.

Ashley was helpful and explained how the rodent treatment would work. Honest explanation on what can or cannot work. He did not try to push ineffective treatment or products that he did not think will work, I would be very happy to use his services again.

No nest were removed, but still charged. Quote was too high. Can't understand if they wanted bring extra technician why the client has to pay. It should be part of their business.

Came home to find Bees had taken over the two chimneys , a bedroom and a study... absolutely overwhelmed us... we rang for help and within the hour a great guy arrived and took the situation in hand, calmly dealt with the problem . So grateful as it was at the end of a long day for him , wonderful service, our thanks .

Michael and Peter came to our home when we reported strange noises coming from our rangehood. A bird had fallen down the flue and become wedged in a small box. They rescued the bird after prodding and probing and we released it alive. They were absolutely fantastic and restored everything as it was. We can't thank them enough. Well done!

Technician Nathan was great. Answered all my queries and carried out an efficient treatment of our whole house and block.

The telephone operator needs more training to answer queries on what we were required to do and what preparations we should do before the technician arrived.

The person did a very thorough inspection, friendly man, willing to answer lots of questions, pointed out other problems in the house which were unrelated. Great knowledge about termites. Inspected areas outside of the house too.

Very professional and efficient. No wasp nest found but protection spray carried out. Found a possible entry point for possums quoted and rectified while they were there. A very good service.
