Extremely Poor Service Experience
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. They don't return phone calls and ignore emails. They don't submit your return UNTIL you have paid your account, and they don't tell you that they are doing it. You ask them if it has been submitted and they say yes, but I find out that they haven't even submitted it yet. I usually wait for the return and then pay the bill. If they want the money first they should deduct it from the return. At the very least let us know what their expectations are, not just ignore us until we pay the bill. Shocking service. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will not be using them again.
