Audi South Port Rip Off Service.
Purchased Audi 2009 Q5 from a Gold Coast dealership on condition that Audi South Port would fix the problem. Problem was fixed and took delivery of vehicle. Within a week the problem that Audi fixed played up again. Rang dealer and told to contact Audi South Port as they had everything on record. Car taken down to get fixed early March at no cost due to part under warranty. Told them to check why yellow engine light came on. Told the bill to fix the car was $4000. They explained what was wrong. OK. Given a loan car for two days. A week later go...to pick car up as part sent from Melbourne was wrong?. The bill was $6000 (died on the stop) including weeks cost of loan car which should have been only two days. They explained what the problem was so had to pay the bill after uncomplaining about the price. Short time later problems came back, rang Audi South Port a number of times but no one was available will call back. No one rang back if i rang again number rang out. Covid 19 came a long and could not go to the coast to front them. Had to get problem fixed in Brisbane. It looks like Frizelle Sunshine Automotive saw a chance to make some money. Charged me for everything even water. Ombudsman has been contacted and awaiting reply.

DODGY. Promised to rectify my window issue after I fully paid the car. Tried to write the issue off
Not happy with [name removed] at dealership direct. Purchased a 2011 Skoda Octavia for $8000 with driver's side window not winding up/down fully. [name removed] assured that it will be fixed under the stat warranty. So I paid full in cash and took delivery of the car. But then unpleasant things started to dawn on me. Few days later [name removed] told me to come down and bring the car to get it checked at a workshop (called One Stop Brake). I took half a day off work and did so. He then informed me the part needed to be replaced and I had to wa...it for his call. The call never came and I had to pursue him to no avail (always out of office with a customer, secretary/admin picked up and I left a message but [name removed] didn't return my emails/calls). I had enough so I called the workshop directly (One Stop Brake) to get clarifications directly. To my absolute shock, the workshop said they only do mechanical repairs and CAN NOT do any auto electrical repair (which my window issue was). The workshop guy even mentioned that he had already told [name removed] about it! To add onto my already boiling frustrations, [name removed] then apologized and proceed to direct me to bring the car to Rowville Auto Electrics (RAE). After doing so, RAE identified that the window regulator needed to be replaced. BUT then Dealership Direct refused to have RAE fix my car because apparently RAE isn't part of their affiliated vendor? SO WTH did [name removed] even told me to bring my car there in the first place?? Total damn waste of my time. The manager (or owner?) did not offer much help at all. Saying that the repair was gonna cost $1000, then proceeded to water down the issue by saying I bought such an old car and wear and tear was to be expected as such. LOOK, if only [name removed] did not over promise and offered me a load of bull, I'd probably be OK with buying the car with a $500 discount and I could use that money to fix the window myself. I am hoping [name removed] to pursue a gentleman like attitude and professionalism to refund me $500 to compensate for my few days of lost time and thus potential income

Best customer service experience for buying a car from dealership Direct
I would like to recommend anyone to visit dealership direct if you have plan to buy the car. Andrew,Jemmah,Michael& Jaide are always welcome their customers. I dealt with Jaide who went above and beyond to help us to find a car for us. Very frindly people always ready to help people. We really apperciate you all what you have done for us to find our car.
Blunder in car dealership contarct
Recently I have got new Toyota Corolla ascent sports from Chadstone Toyota and It was very unexpected delivery as they deliver wrong car by doing some blunder in contract which we sign without notice. The salesperson Fredrick Arora explained deal for car with sat-nav and we had negotiation on that in between he visited his manager for approval and came with different deal paper which we did not notice and when we got actual car delivery we came to know this car does not have sat-nav. We confirmed multiple times with salesperson person that car deal is with sat-nav before leaving showroom and he also said yes. Now he is lying what has been discussed and they do not have Audio recoding.
Was looking at purchasing one of their vehicles only to realise they are advertising it as the wrong model. They saying it is a higher model but it is clearly not as it does not have the extra features. They should know this because they have a different vehicle with that model that they are selling/advertising and the features are different. This is misleading.
I phoned them and informed them of the error but they didn't admit to it and have not changed the vehicle description. The difference in price and features between the models is signif...icant. They were advertising on Carsales so I reported this to them and car has now been removed from carsales website but not the dealership direct website. Nor have they change the model to the correct one on their website.
Superb Customer Service
After reading a terrible review, i felt compelled to write and say that we have now bought two cars off Dealership Direct and cannot thank and Andrew and the newly engaged Jaide a glowing endorsement.
I love my new Toyota Hilux and my wifes Asx that we bought last year hasn't missed a beat. Will be back for sure. Cheers Guys David.
Useless sales rep.
One Star is generous. Dealing with a sales rep under name of Andrew hope he had learned manners or run harder during employment interview. Incredible how easy they loose a deal because of poor costumer service. Hope their boss has deepnpocket to keep them employed. Wish him and his team the very best in their future endeavors. Meanwhile, will pray to see them go broke in a very near future
Miselading warranty claims
They sell an overpriced warranty and tell you it can be used anywhere, lie.
They tell you they will get back to your email, lie.
They promise to take responsibility for issues under their 'warranty', lie.
Buy a car from a proper, reputable dealership not a cheap, misleading place like this.
Staff don't care about customer service, only sales and getting paid.
A superb holden
Hi all, this is a long overdue review, I was in the market for a car in June 2018, didn’t know what I wanted but knew I wanted a Holden v8, seen a redline on Carsales, went and looked at it at dealership direct, only car I looked at and bought it the same day. The sales guy I had was Andy, fantastic guy but yeah communication isn’t all that good, but the car I can not fault or complain about, all I can say from my experience, the next time I look for a car I’ll check dealership direct first, as my redline is still running perfectly. So thank you Andy for being honest and selling me exactly how you said the car was.... thumbs up buddy.

Terrible experience, constantly lied to
I had issues with a few things. Firstly, there was a recall on the car that no-one told me about, I found it myself. They assured me this was a 'non serious' recall and they would have known if it was serious. Secondly, they agreed to fill the fuel tank and clean the car when I bought the vehicle. However, when I arrived the tank was empty and the inside had not been cleaned. They eventually put half a tank of fuel in, but at that point I just wanted to leave. [name removed] is a lovely guy and was really helpful but [name removed] needs to learn not to lie to customers.
Few concerns that weren’t resolved
I have a 2017 demo mazda 3 maxx hatch with skyactiv technology.
I have concerns as to why my car idles rough on initial start up i am aware of the fast idle in new car but this is whole car type of rough! I also find that the left indicator doesn’t turn off all the time.
I mentioned this to the staff when I took it in for its 10000km service ! They said I could go start any of the new mazdas in the show room and it would start the same as I’m claiming mine is ?! But they said they would check it out for me and let me know ! I also asked the...

Buying a car from interstate can be a bit scary ,but with this companies on line videos of the cars and description I found it to be a lot easier and with the help of Leesa and Jaide they got me through the small warranty problem with no fuss,as Arnie says I will be back Steve
