The deal I bought wasn’t available. I spoke to Annabel at Deals.com who said she would look into it and get back to me within two days. To my surprise I heard back from her in a couple of hours. The refund will be in my account within a couple of days. Disappointed I didn’t get the deal that the company offered but great service from Deals.com for the refund.
My voucher expired recently and was skeptical that I could ever get a refund. I wrote in and was utterly surprised when Marvell replied promptly and positively with a refund or store credit. My heart actually missed a beat when I read his very positive response. I have dealt with other sites and it was not a good experience. With Deals I give 5 Thumbs up and strongly recommend to shop with them. Marvell is truly a Customer Happiness Advocate. He made my day and a good start for my new year! Excellent Job!
I recently had to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances by cancelling I voided the booking & would have lost the monies paid I dealt with Marvel on chat explained what had happened & he interceded on my behalf & has enabled me to use my voucher at a later date I am very much indebted to Marvel for the service he provided & the speedy result of my enquiry & the courtesy he showed
Great customer service
Marvel responded to my request with a great deal of professionalism and presented me with a solution. It was unfortunate I had to contact the support team in the first place, however, it was not the fault of deals and I'm very happy with the outcome. Thank you!
Follow up of a wine order by Gionn

Great customer service.
I am so happy to have received an order that had taken such a long time to arrive to me. I contacted Scoopon and I hadn’t even ordered through them. It turned out I had ordered through Deals. I received an email from Annabel and she dealt with my problem ASAP and I received it within a couple of days. So thank you so much Annabel .

Was LIED to and OVERCHARGED
I ordered 3 air conditioners from them for $99 they ended up charging me $209.00. I only got one and it was defective. It didn't come with the right attachment to power it. So, the only one I got doesn't work. Then when I contacted them they said "your order was completed" and they wouldn't give me any credit. They told me they sent me 3. Their own charge to my credit card says "QUANTITY 1". Even their own paper trail produced by their own company with their own name on it tells the truth against them. I have disputed it with my credit card co...mpany and they have responded. I can't wait to read what they could possible say to defend their red hand in the cookie jar events of lying and stealing. They went for two cookies of breaking commandments and got caught. I wonder if people will even read this and care?

The heart of the problem
Wanting to take advantage of a second offer of an experience we'd previously enjoyed, I made a couple of unsuccessful attempts to check available dates. Swapping browsers fixed this problem but apparently froze me out of the advertised promo discount. Contacting Deals, Lorain carefully and cordially checked all the relevant details and then provided me with a circuit breaker to solve the problem. All the correspondence was polite, cheerful and aimed at the customer's best interest. Top marks.

I purchased a meal deal in Feb 2020 with Voucher No. FHFQSK5R which was due to expire on 30 April 2020. I tried to book in late March early April but Essence Restaurant said they were not taking bookings due to COVID-19. They said to hold onto the voucher and I will be able to use it after the expiry date when things get back to normal. I rang the restaurant again today and they told me they were not open for meals. They advised me to get in touch with Deals.com and to request a refund which I am doing now. Could you please refund the money that I paid back into my credit card. please acknowledge this request. I am trying to redeem but it won’t let me do it it keeps sending me to purchase another one for 24.99 pounds subsequently I have purchased more so I want those cancelled and to redeem the original one. This is rediculous try making it simpler. Thank-u Carmel McCawley.
