Have been dealing with [name removed] since Feb 2019, at first communication was good, once the agreement was signed and they had taken the money for fees out, it was hard to get a response everytime I followed up to see how everything was going. It is now July 2019 and instead of piece of mind all I have had is stress and still nothing has been done and I have phoned and emailed many times and been told that I would get a call back, but am still waiting. For anyone that is considering Debt Negotiators, I recommend going through this company and to try and settle debt direct with the creditors.

Nathan worked with me directly through the whole process. He answered all of my questions and was always professional. I can’t recommend the service enough. He really made this process so much easier for me.

They were only helpful and wonderful whilst they were securing our debt contract. After that when I needed to contact them regarding any payments or make changes to my bank account they were incredibly rude and uncaring. When I queried if a payment had gone through I was told I should learn how to read a bank statement. It got even worse from there. I even contacted the person who secured my contract for me and then went to the head of the company. They honestly couldn't care less how rude the customer service officers are or how much they upse...

Debt negotiators have been very helpful and informative. They did explain to me that we will have to wait 35 days for our creditors to except our offer which is the worst part but we got confirmation on the 36th day that our offer was accepted and our bank also told us that we have an agreement in place. Debt negotiators have saved me hundreds each fortnight.

Making the call was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, admitting I was in trouble and feeling embarrassed, talking to Nathan was easy and I felt relaxed and at ease. I was never pressured and everything was explained in detail and any questions I had at anytime were answered quickly and Nathan never failed to return an email or phone call and kept me informed throughout the whole process.
