Overall experience Disappointed
Floors laid by Yasin who was extremely professional in his work ethic and very very maticulous to make sure floor is perfect and I was happy with it.
Overall not happy with salespeople from Kotara store as information given about the flooring was not accurate. Deposit and order taken told 2-3 wk install then waited contacted store and then told 3 month wait had to choose a cheaper laminate as limited colours to suit but still same price. Day of laying I discover the laminate is not hard wearing or practical for high traffic area and also not 10...
We purchased some vinyl planks based on the colour we were shown. When the installer arrived with packages only 25% of contents were the same as plank we viewed. We were requested to pay full amount up front which was a mistake. Planks were laid with no consideration for appearance. We vigorously complained with little response.We had to pulll up and re lay planks ourselves to improve the appearance. We were left with furniture outside for almost 3 weeks. Overall quality of service and installation very poor.

- Paid premium amount for so called VERISHADES. Look great but start falling on very first day. Sent several emails. Installed on 17 June. Not been fixed yet. After sales service is very bad.

coordinator not helpful
We bought flooring from your Cranbourne store.The staff were very nice and helpful,especially Max who did our measure and quote.Then we were assigned Sevda our coordinator.We had to change the date by one week because of electrical work in our retirement village but she forgot to change the date until we reminded her.Your forms state that strata living may require permission for this work.We sent in the required forms asking for name and contact of our floor layers.The floor was layed over a week ago and we are still waiting for her to tell us ...who our layers will be and what time to expect them.She was very hard to contact and never answered emails.No advice was given to us on the care of the floor or it's warranty.The floor layers were excellent,and worked very quickly.yes I would go to this store again

Bad customer service from the work corrdinator
Hi there :
First of all, I would like to say thank you to the DecoRug Cranbourne sales team as well as the installers for the carpet & laminate floor at our house. They did the good service apart from the work coordinator in NSW. How...? Well,at the beginning, she was suggesting the incorrect sequence of works and had us to install carpet first and then, laminate floor afterwards. Which was proven to be wrong as the work left unfinished joint. So we need to rearrange the carpet installer ourselves to come back again for completing the joint....
