Wow what a flop! worst machine iv ever used.
I have the latisimo touch which is awesome. So i though hey i will get this one for work. It is the worst machine iv ever used. i tried to return it but they wouldn't let me! the miniature milk container wont make a full cup. It only froths the milk on occasion. It doesn't have a cleaning button where you push it and it blows steam out to clean the milk frother. You cant trick it and put water in the frother to clean it out. It somehow detects that its not milk and will not turn on!!! Which means after EVERY coffee you have to dismantle the ent...Read more
ire milk frother and give it a really good wash then leave it on the side to dry so next time you come to have a coffee you have to assemble all 4 parts of the frother then make half a cup of coffee and then you have to refill the milk container again then continue making it so you get a full mug (our mugs are normal mugs not the big ones). Then clean etc etc etc this turns having a coffee into a 20 minute+ ordeal! just to make it. So instead all the girls at work use their own money to just buy seven eleven coffee and all the Nescafe pods that we provide for free are just sitting in the draw. Waste of money. Iv now promised the staff i will throw that one out and get them a good one like the larger latisimo touch. Just annoying when we've spent the money on it and they wouldn't accept a return.Purchased in September 2019.
