Can I just get hot water out of my delonghi en550-r
Milk froather want work and orange descaling want turn off
I had an issue with a faulty milk frother. I contacted Delonghi whose reply was "sorry to hear contact Nespresso". I took the faulty appliance back to the Good Guys who arranged a repair. This took only about seven days and it is now working well. I have had no issue with the descaling light.
Every now and then after one or 2 coffee pours the machine overheats and need to wait about a minute or so until lights stop flashing to continue, when it had overheated if I open the capsule area steam and some water comes out,. This is a tough problem as sometimes I can make 4 or more pods in one go with no issues this is with also using the milk frother aswell
The 3 bottons on RHS will not stop flashing so we can only have short/long blacks
Has anyone had issues with the milk not heating on this machine? The milk is only heating to Luke warm after one month of use so the machine was returned to Myers and sent away for repair, I got the machine back and the same thing, not heating the milk.. Myers have agreed to replace the machine or i can swap to another machine i really loved the machine if only the milk would heat up properly. Not sure if i try my luck with the same machine or try a different model....
