To Anyone thinking of buying anything from JBHIFI or buying a Nespresso coffee machine, please be aware of the product issues and there ridiculous repair first regardless of the inconvenience to the customer. JBHIFI just need to improve there customer service and obviously require a lot more staff training, especially there managers in how to deal with situations respectfully and without an arrogance. Obviously you could tell the manager had no priority or concern regarding customer service or satisfaction. Amateur hour explains it best. We bou...ght the Vertuo Plus in July 2020 at JBHIFI and in Jan 2021 the machine is leaking coffee everywhere each time you go to make a cup of coffee. This is not a small leak this is a large leak to the point it can’t be used. I thought well this won’t be a problem because I paid for the extra 2 year Replacement Cover Plan. But I was wrong, JBHIFI are a complete hoax of a company that are out there to scam there customers rather than assist. Tried talking to the manager and showing him the documents that I had and he said that he didn’t need to see them because it came back to the JBHIFI’s managers discretion and he said they don’t replace products. I asked him to show me where it says that in the documents of the Replacement Cover Plan and he said that he didn’t have to do that and just walked off. So now I either I go without coffee for a month while JBHIFI and Nespresso decide what they are going to do with this very expensive machine that didn’t even last 6 months. My previous coffee machine I bought from Woolworths a caffitaly system for $60 and it lasted 3 and a bit year’s. And the pods were far cheaper. The Nespresso Vertuo Plus cost $280 plus the additional 2 Replacement Cover Plan for $40. That I learn now doesn’t mean replacement??? I won’t be buying anything from JBHIFI Belrose again given the disgusting response from them and there Manager who came across as it was all just to much effort for him to even come out of office. 48 year’s of age and I have never been treated with such contempt by anyone. The manager told me to take it up with JBHIFI head office if I had any issues. So I asked him for his Buisness card and he told me he couldn’t find any. So I said could I have your full name and position description? He said his first name and then said by Law he didn’t have to give me his full name. Not sure if that is true or not? Still just can’t believe what happened? Off now to work out what I’m doing for coffee for the next month?
