Was told by sale person i would get cups coffee and other item from delongi, only for delongi to change mind i mean sale person and promotion was on coffe machine so not me and say no would not have got it fair trading australia taking action will not buy off them again i say every 1 return unit
I bought coffee machine the salesperson said I will get a promotion pack of coffee and cups vi Redemption, and also had a pamphlet saying the same thing, Delonghi would not honour this promotion, and the customer service was very poor would not touch their products ever again

I can not believe how RUDE the Delonghi lady is!
I called the call centre 1800126659 regarding a problem of my brand new delonghi kettle. The lady on the phone was REALLY RUDE. I was trying to explain my situation, but what she said was just " look! I cant help you!" . And then she just HANG UP my phone even when I am still talking..... unbelievable....
The company replaced my original product, and the replacement broke after 2 months.
I purchased the DeLonghi - 10-Cup Coffee Maker and Espresso Maker - Stainless steel. Firstly, the expresso maker left a nasty metal taste in the coffee, even after proper cleaning. Second, the machine only lasted 11 months. The company replaced my original product, and the replacement broke after 2 months. I will no longer be buying DeLonghi products .
Completely ruined the Kenwood brand
Despite Kenwood being a brilliant product, De'Longhi have absolutely ruined the brand. Get a clue about Parcel Collect/Parcel Lockers in Australia and how secure they are. Completely unwavering, with no clue, and absolutely no interest in selling any product or learning about new delivery techniques. Death of De'Longhi .
I bought this machine from David Jones after I installed the water sensor is faulty you can even flash water too start the machine I spent 5h trying and trying buy flowing menu Instructions and online online video not working in the end we returned for refund... The machine really good looking and stylish but with many issues hard to be lucky get one work 100% so bye bye De'Longhi

Deceptive Company Never Again
Ordered this item on their website. It arrived 5 days late and it was a damage item. Delonghi knew about this because the box was open and taped again.
Talked to customer service representative, Andrea is very rude and hostile. She acts like she owns the whole delonghi group. I told her this is significantly not as described and she tried to argue on this after she saw the pictures i sent.
She tried to force me to accept this item by offering me damaged parts replacement. I said no, and I will not buy delonghi products anymore.
KEEP YOUR PROMISE
I bought elite machine from Good guys..as soon as I plugged in faulty. .took back Good guys made me wait 2hrs before they agreed faulty. .mind u they were out back smoking and laughing those A holes..bought another coffe not hot bought microwave because my previous microwave broke because of the premaDonna machine that $800 down the hole...delonghi made me promises. .half meet called again. .and again made promises.
never met.....now spoke to second management made me promises. .now waiting for answer.....Bluetooth is worthless having it on co...
Zero Customer Service
I bought what I thought was a top of the line DeLonghi machine that I thought would last at least a decade but it didn't arrive with any of the promised inclusions. So, I emailed DeLonghi who promised to get back to me within 3 business days.
DeLonghi did not get back to me as promised.
I emailed them a week later. Again they promised to respond within 3 business days.
They did not.
So, I rang them, talked to Andrea, who promised to respond in writing within 3 business days.
Again, nothing from DeLonghi.

DeLonghi 'La Specialista' Dissatisfaction
As a long time Delonghi customer, we've always brought Delonghi coffee machines. When our old one had an issue, it was a no brainer to upgrade and we brought La Specialista. So happy with the machine, makes beautiful coffee and especially impressed with the 'Advanced Latte System'.
However, a month after purchasing it (Purchased Oct 2019), we came home to discover the bench flooded and water on the floor and the drip tray filled with water. Confused by this, we cleaned it up, soon after it did the same thing and half the tank was drained.
DeLonghi warranty disastrous
We bought a DeLonghi magnifica in February this year and by September it was not working properly.we sent it back to the manufacturer and it's been 6 weeks and we still haven't got the machine back.They should have replaced the machine. I used to be a big fan and loyal customer of DeLonghi but never again. I would not recommend it to anyone.Very dissatisfied and disappointed.Have spent enough money in the last 6 weeks I could have bought a new machine.
DeLonghi warranty and support virtually non existent
Regrettably DeLonghi support and warranty are very poor, virtually non existent. I purchased a new coffee machine, which was dead on arrival. Rather than replacing the unit, as they should have done, they sent me on four trips to their recommended "repair specialist". Unfortunately after hour wasted, the machine still does not work. At that stage would DeLonghi replace it. No. What a waste of time and money.
DeLonghi Customer Service is unsatisfactory
DeLonghi group also distributes the Kenwood. While I am satisfied with the product, dealing with their website and customer service is a nightmare. Website: Spare parts and accessories for the same brand are found (with great difficulty) on different websites. So ordering one of each, you will end up with two shopping carts and paying shipping twice. DeLonghi is still struggling with the Internet and 2019. Talking with DeLonghi customer "service" is a waste of time. The fact that customers are paying their salaries has not gotten through to them. Rude and unhelpful, so much so that I find it easier to purchase Kenwood spare parts through eBay from the UK.
De-Longhi Group review
This Group also look after Braun household. We cannot compliment this business, the customer service is undoubtedly the worst ever experienced. Our experience has been so poor that we will refrain from purchasing any brand associated with this Group in future. Purchased a $90 iron advertised as Stock Clearance which they claim very slight box damage and unopened and brand new, however we received a Factory Second item, clearly labelled with bright yellow stickers as such, missing internal packaging and the product shows signs of use including a...slightly frayed cord. Upon initial contact they attempted to fob us off, of stating they don't sell factory seconds (their own website states that they do), and we should return the product at our expense and they would refund less the postage we paid. After referring to the Australian Consumer Law their story changed and we were offered to send the iron back at their expense and they would issue a replacement. Their courier will see us sitting around for 4 hours waiting for a pick up of the iron and after expressing our displeasure in these dealings and the process it didn't take long for them to send an email stating the replacement iron is now out of stock and they'll only refund now. No alternative was offered, as this would not follow company policy. Our experience has been a monumental waste of our time and I can honestly say in 42 years that I have never experience a business which does not care about it's customers at all and their Brand reputation. It's been a real shame and an eye opener at the same time.
I purchased the Lattissima Touch and couldn’t be happier with the product. They price matched and beat a competitor's price without any hassles at all. I will certainly shop there again.
Healthy and easy to use
The air fried has bought back my favourite foods but in a slightly healthier method. Air frying chips and using it to roast veggies for the Sunday roast has totally changed the way we cook. Pastries turn out brown and crisp as do the roast potatoes and chips without drowning them in oil or butter. Paella and sponge cakes turn out brilliant.
It's Italian for Poor' Quality
A rubbish product backed up by a rubbish company as any emails go unanswered by their so called manager who is clearly too gutless to contact their customers. Lucky for me I have both your 2 year warranty and the AU consumer law on my side to make you take responsibility for your poorly assembled and repaired product. Delonghi you are nothing more than a weak and spineless company out to take hardworking people's money but offering nothing in return, unfortunately for you I don't take no for an answer, just ask Sony.
Lattissima disgraceful service
We have two EN520PW Lattissima
One works perfectly one has not worked at all since purchase , we have tried everything suggested to us by the less than helpful Australian support team .
Finally after following all recommendations and them stretching every possible thing they could we asked for a replacement machine , we were informed that there is nothing they could do because it was out of warranty . Don't fall for the go home and try to de scale if you have done it once it's crazy to do it again and they won't stand by you . We are trying to spend our money with this company who are doing their best to stop us ????
Bad product, bad service
Well, the machine started to fail one week after the expiration of the warranty. I contacted customer service to see if they knew of the problem I was experiencing and could advise me on what to do, they first answered with a standard copy and paste of some online help documents which had nothing to do with my case, when I pointed that out to them they told me that if I was not satisfied I could take it to get repaired at my cost in any repair shop since out of warranty products were not Delonghi's problem any longer. Lovely to see client service and product quality equally poor, it makes the decision not to but this brand in the future very easy!
Few problems with product but great service
I have always thought De'longhi was one of the best brands of coffee machine you can get, so I thought the same about their portable air conditioners. This being my second in 3 years, my first de'longhi air conditioner within warranty period needed regassing as the gas had leaked out and approching the end of the 1year warranty period, it needed gassing again but ran out of time to get it done. The 2nd air conditioner was purchased as a gift for me, no sooner I get it home set it up, there is a fault with a sensor within. The staff at the Harve...y Norman store were very friendly during the selection and purchase period.
