After looking at so many different lounges we settle on a corner suite in white Sept 2013 at the Auburn store. I paid my deposit and asked when delivery would be and was told approx. mid to late January. I accepted this as I thought there would be a delay due to the Christmas break. That time came and went with no call from Demir . Over the coming months I rang them 5 times with excuse after excuse. Finally after 7 month my lounge was delivered. It was cream instead of white but I had only seen the lounge once and had forgotten what it looked...like. I think with all the bright lights in their showroom it made the lounge look lighter. I am not 100% happy with the lounge (its a lot firmer that the one I sat on) but after such a long delay I am not willing to wait any longer for changes. I would NOT recommend Demir leather due to their very poor customer service and delays of delivery. Bad customer service and long delivery delay (7 months)
