Terrible
I had high hopes for this pillow, but unfortunately it hasn't delivered. Information on Denton's website is misleading. This is not a high profile pillow, it's a low one. It hasn't reduced my shoulders pain. Now I have an added benefit of having a neck pain and headache in mornings. High profile one? It's a joke, Denton's!

I don't believe that it would solve my problem. The money has been spent and the item can't be returned. My fault.
