Designer Allboards

I ordered and paid for the product, delivery and installation and have had no response. Absolutely disgraceful. I never do reviews but am doing so, so that no one else is caught up in this scam. I have emailed, called and text messaged - on text they assured me they would sort but have heard nothing. Cost of the board was well over $1000.

I had a great experience working with Erin at Designer Allboards on a custom job for a hospitality business. Erin was extremely helpful throughout the process, communicated clearly, and made everything easy to manage. The final result was executed really well and delivered exactly what we needed. Would happily recommend Designer Allboards for custom signage and display work.

Never received order after millions of emails from March to April! Received finally in May 2026, I won't ever go there again, I should have looked at previous reviews to see how poor the communication contact was and how so many people have not received orders

We purchased a product in January and two months later the product is still not supplied and we do not get any responses from email, phone etc. Sadly not to be trusted

Appears to be a scam company, please do not shop with them. Placed an order on January 22nd and no response to emails, text messages, Whatsapp or the contact robot via the page

I ordered and paid for a cork board in mid November and I haven’t received anything as of late December. The company hasn’t responded to any communication and I feel like I have been scammed out of $200. Don’t shop with them.

We placed an order with this company in June 2025 as we'd had a good experience ordering our previous white board etc. in 2019. This time however, we have not received any of the products ordered, no-one responds to emails and the 1300 number and mobile number repeatedly just go to voicemail. though we are not the only people this is now happening to. Buyer beware. Do not pay any money to this company as you will not receive anything. I will now also be reporting them to Fair trading.

Erin from Designer Allboards will happily take your money and run!! We ordered custom made pinboards in DEC 2024, paid in full, and have been promised a multitude of times that they are coming....still nothing in AUG 25!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fast and Friendly – I was hesitant about buying a Glassboard online scared the colour would be wrong. The staff at Designer Allboards were faultless they helped me through step buy step and I couldn't be happier with the end product. I cant wait to I order the next one

Do not deliver – Waited 2 months, called, left emails and written messages in their Facebook page, never received my white board. They are not answering nor returning voice messages. I am now disputing the expense with my bank...

Order never arrived, took weeks to be refunded, now they won't stop spamming – We ordered about $400 worth of products at the start of December, a month later half the products arrived but the actual whiteboard didn't. Turns out they never had it in stock in the first place, but took our money anyway. Took a month to get a refund and it was short by about $50. Now they won't stop spamming our email with garbage despite being asked three times to stop. Avoid this dodgy company at all costs

Very poor customer experience – It has been a very frustrating experience. I've been given misleading information repeatedly: I purchased some boards on February 17th, and didn't hear back for a couple of weeks. weeks, so I sent another follow up email on March 22nd.

I was then told they would follow up and let me know, but didn't get a response.

I sent another update request on March 31st, and on April 6th I got the following response: "I have looked into your order. Your boards have been on back order. The naga container landed last week. We are waiting for clearance and for the warehouse to unpack then your order will be sent.

I will keep an eye on this for you"

Today it's April 22nd, and haven't heard back.

I tried to contact someone over the phone and using the chat available in the website, but no one answered.

I am now hoping to get a refund.
