Trash grade SWATCH watch
Such a d grade watch I bought. Only knowing and listening swatch is a decent brand was not enough. Bought it and now I am regretting. Not once but thrice same issue. 1st purchase broken in a month , they exchange it, again with that exchanged one also broke in a week and still they exchange it and this time I did not take same model as thinking it might be issue with that model only. Was not that happy letting that watch go as its physical appearance was so pretty. Got another one which is third and 1 week passed, nothing happened was happy and...so much confirmed that it was fault with previous model only and a month later the third one also broke down which was on n off. Now the customer service is want to stick me with this broken watch as it seem like my wrist fault and second hand switch was moving super faster. Cheap mechanisms which keeping on breaking. So please do not spend on this ridiculous cran stuff. Shocked and furious With swatch watch as well as customer service.
Never had such experience!
I bought a Calvin Klein watch last December. It was for a gift and i found their price was very attractive, hence bought it from this website, I should have checked the reviews as I used to do. But I was in a mighty hurry and busy, so without thinking too much I bought it from this site. I got an email about the payment and immediately i made the payment, and got a confirmation email about the payment but not the watch. I tried calling them no of times, sent no of emails as well. But I have not received any reply. The phone no rang out. I have ...asked my bank to recover the money. They took the details and said it's a long process, I haven't got my money back as yet. I have bought watches from watchdepots.com couple of years ago. I did some research and I am pretty sure both are same company as the phone no is same. Watchdepots.com website does not work anymore and it gives 'Service Temporarily Unavailable' message. I did not have any issue with my previous watches. I guess when they started to get customer complain and all, started trading from desingerwatch web site. Anyway my only thought is, that i should get my hard earned money back, don't want to loose it this way.
Worst site ever please never send them money!!!
No watch, no replies, phone rings out. I'm about to head over to the 'address' with Police cause this is some nonsense.
Terrible communication and sold unavailable product
Unfortunately my experience with Designers Watch (DW) was terrible. 2 weeks after ordering a watch I contacted DW to ask where it was, only to be told by email that the watch wasn't in stock and wasn't expected into their warehouse for another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later my order status still read "processing" so I contacted DW for an update - I received no reply to my email and the phone number rang out. Over the next two weeks I attempted to call and sent further emails to ask the progress of my order, with no response. I then was able to get acce...ss to someone via their online chat system, only to be told it was an issue with their Hong Kong warehouse and that the warehouse would contact me directly on a given day. I received no contact from the Hong Kong warehouse and no response to my email to the company when I informed them of this. I finally had enough and demanded they cancel my order (by email again as they did not answer their phone again), but received no response. I then threatened legal action and finally received a response, confirming they would cancel my order and refund the money which, happily, they did within a few business days.
Warranty doesn't cover as specified
I bought a Skagen watch, and after three months the band hook fell off. I've had many watches and this is the first time something like this happens. I contacted Designers Watch expecting this would be covered by the warranty, but NO. They will charge me $50 plus postage to fix this issue, and this is my only option. In their warranty policies they say they will "not cover watch bracelet straps, crown/stem, ..., caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical abuse, and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufactu...rer's water resistance limitations." which is not my case (and I have had it for 3 months only) - so obviously they have no intention of covering those items. Besides, I had to call multiple times as they never picked up and it takes them a while to reply to emails. I have been with my broken watch for over a month trying to contact them. I would not recommend buying here and I would never buy here again! There are other places that offer similar prices, a better warranty cover and a much better customer service.
Paid for my watch but I have had no correspondence from them. I have emailed them several times, rang the number on their website which just rings out with no one ever answering! To me that just sounds like a scam site! Will now report them to consumer affairs, police and get my money back through the bank! For a site that’s supposedly sells brand name high quality watches I would expect better customer support. Never have a dealt with an online store with such TERRIBLE service!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Their company name has also been cancelled since ...2015 and they are not registered for GST. How are all these fake good reviews even getting on here?! I have even scrolled down and seen reviews using names under different names!!! http://www.abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?abn=55051419282
Weeks have passed - NO WATCH!!
I've ordered over 2 weeks ago and paid for 3-5 day delivery. [name removed] said they had to switch to Aus Post. This was over week ago. I have emailed [name removed] and asked for a tracking number with Aus Post and an ETA, haven't heard anything back. Condition of my postage option was 'fully insured, web tracking with sms updates'. I've had to chase up for any updates.
I’ve sent multiple emails now and nothing!!
I am going to report these scammers to police, consumer affairs and demand my money back!

Watch band has fallen apart within a month - but they sent a replacement and it broke again after 5
I bought a Michael Kors watch which I loved in January. After a few wears the band has fallen apart. I had trouble getting hold of anyone via email after 4 attempts. There is no phone number to call anyone. I’ve had it for only one month. I'm editing what I initially wrote as they did reply in the end and replaced my watch band (I had to pay postage to send it back to them) but it was returned be it a couple of months later. They need to improve the response time of their customer service but they do respond in the end :)
UPDATE: They did replace if for free and sent me another one as mentioned above. But after 4 or 5 wears no kidding it broke again?!?!?!? These guys are selling fakes. They fall apart. An absolute disgrace.
I bought a Tissot watch which fell apart within 2 months, the 'genuine leather' band is falling apart and pieces of the face have fallen off, not to mention it doesn't keep time properly. They have been in contact and have offered to repair these issues for a fee. It is obviously a fake watch as a genuine Tissot wouldn't deteriorate as this watch has. The customer service team has been rude and difficult to get ahold of. I spent hundreds on a watch that is now in the bin...be careful.
If you have had a similar experience please report them to consumer affairs as they will remove the site if enough people complain.
Ordered a watch for my partners birthday with a 3-5 business day delivery. The money went out of my account and I received a confirmation email. After a week had gone by with no further word from them, I called them up to find out where my parcel was. I was told that not only had it not been sent, but they didn't even have it in stock. After I questioned why nobody had contacted me to inform me, they had no answer. When asked when they would have it in stock, they had no answer. When asked why they took my money despite them having no idea when/if they would have it back in stock, they had no answer. Safe to say that I will never use this company again!
Designers Watch Internet Ripoff
I purchased my daughter a watch from Designers Watch which arrived on 25 July 2017 broken-order number 100008601. We returned the watch to the company by courier at great expense. They do not respond to emails and telephone calls and it appears impossible to contact them. Consumers should exercise extreme caution in buying anything from this company.
Horrible delivery and customer service
Used this company to buy a Burberry watch for my girlfriend a week before her birthday. I got 3 day delivery for $20, it's been 9 days now without any sign of the watch. I emailed the company earlier this week, I immediately received a very unprofessional e mail from a [name removed] stating that it's on its way... no tracking number, job title, or simple apology was given. Yesterday I emailed the company representative back stating that I'll be reversing the charges and sending back the watch if it shows up, and [name removed] has now gone silent. Great job guys!
Fake / Scammers... Stay Away
I bought two Armani watches on January 2017 and ordered shipment via DHL, after a couple of days I got the tracking number with EMS instead of DHL (Although I paid more money for faster shipment with DHL). Once it reached the US borders it got seized by US Customs and I received a letter from US Customs stating that these are fake watches that are counterfeited and was seized by customs law. During that time I got ZEROO support from their team and they kept avoiding answering questions. The shipment was sent from CHINA not Australia or Italy (w...here Armani watches are made). All in all, I never got my money (over 300$) and haven't got my watches either. (the 30 days money back guarantee is a joke...) So lesson learned the hard way Never buy from those scammers...
They sell products that do not have!!! They take your money and disappear! No contact at all! I have lodged a complaint with fair trading to get my money back.
Don't buy from them!
Buyer be warned, they are scammers. I bought a Michael Korrs watch and not only was it a fake but I sent it back for repair and haven't heard back from them. I've rung sent emails and the website is down so don't buy from them. Over $200 lost! An expensive lesson!
Questions & Answers
I ordered a watch on 25 August, and paid extra for 3-5days delivery. I have been emailing Lorry, but have been told the watch is in Hong Kong got dispatch. I would expect to receive this by tomorrow at the latest, but still haven’t even received a tracking number. I’ve fully paid for this, and am concerned that I will never actually receive the watch. Please can someone assist me. Order number 100009759.
I've ordered 2 weeks ago and paid for 3-5 day delivery. Lorry said you've had to switch to Aus Post. This was a week ago. I have emailed Lorry and asked for a tracking number with Aus Post and an ETA, haven't heard anything back. Condition of my postage option was 'fully insured, web tracking with sms updates'. I've had to chase you up for any updates. This is beginning to look rather unprofessional and some of the reviews I've read are not helping...
I would appreciate an update on when i will receive my watch.
