Rude staff. I was going to buy a pair of KEF Q350s as they had it advertised very cheap. I asked a staff member if they had one on the floor he said no, I then asked if they had any B&W 606’s on the floor, he said no again then he walked away without saying anything else. I drove 40 minutes to come to this store only to be met by rude staff members. It was a missed sale for them and a waste of time for me.
Home theatre installation with no amplifier/receiver
I ordered a new home theatre system 2 months ago (last year to be exact). The installer came this week to install it and was then told the amplifier/receiver is not available until 2 days later. The installer installed all the speakers, the projector and the screen. However I can't test the system without the amplifier. Today, waited the whole day for them to call me. I ended up ringing them at 4pm and was told the amplifier still not available.
Overall, not a pleasant service. I will chase them up next week for my amplifier for sure
Sale = ...good, Bowen is great Installation = not bad, I have to use my own endoscopic camera to prevent them from drilling extra wholes on my ceiling. Can't believe they don't have this with them! I prob can do a better job but prob take longer time. After sale = poor, where is my amplifier despite me ordering it 2months ago... Need to ring them several time to find out progress.... To be continue....
