I placed an order for a set of speakers and stands from their online store at the beginning of December. Initially, I was told that they were waiting for their supplier to get them in stock. Then, I was told that the supplier would ship them to me directly. That they had arrived at the suppliers, and were in the process of being shipped. After all that, they tell me the supplier never had the speakers in the colour I ordered them, and nothing was shipped. Read moreom them, was the invoice, and order confirmation email that was sent to me the day I placed the order. I had to call them multiple times trying to get any information about my order. They have agreed to cancel, and refund my order in full. But this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had as a customer.
after some confusion our warranty issue with an avr was sorted in a matter of minutes , offered to swap it over for us .the owner was polite and very helpful , I recommend if you have any issue with any equipment you go and talk to Paul h directly , he’s got it sorted.

We ordered a CD player and when it arrived it worked for 2 tracks then stopped working. I phoned their service and we discussed things to try. It would not work again so they sent me a return voucher and I have now received a full refund. Great service. Very helpful staff.

I have had great dealings with this company and if you are wanting to secure a great deal paying a small deposit should not be a problem ..
As they need to have some sort of commitment from you as well ..
