Initial order was lost, The Company sent out another unit and i received it within a week. Made amends on initial mistake. Appreciate the effort made.
Great Price and Delivery
Ordered home theater system online and sales team was helpful to get me the best combos at good rate. Item delivery took longer than expected and required couple of follow-ups to get it done. One of the item was found faulty however the service was quick to replace the item. Happy so far with the product and performance.
Home theatre installation with no amplifier/receiver
I ordered a new home theatre system 2 months ago (last year to be exact). The installer came this week to install it and was then told the amplifier/receiver is not available until 2 days later. The installer installed all the speakers, the projector and the screen. However I can't test the system without the amplifier. Today, waited the whole day for them to call me. I ended up ringing them at 4pm and was told the amplifier still not available.
Overall, not a pleasant service. I will chase them up next week for my amplifier for sure
Sale = ...good, Bowen is great Installation = not bad, I have to use my own endoscopic camera to prevent them from drilling extra wholes on my ceiling. Can't believe they don't have this with them! I prob can do a better job but prob take longer time. After sale = poor, where is my amplifier despite me ordering it 2months ago... Need to ring them several time to find out progress.... To be continue....

Bought a martin logan speaker busted grill came off.
Told him problem he gave option one glue by martin logan services.
Option two return label.
Choose 2 option but the sales [name removed] staff glue the speaker back and send it back to me
During the time I return the speaker he wrote me to using misleading words - to let me think that the speaker arrived to them it be credit adjusted instead he was wanting to glue it them self unprofessionally and send it back to me?
Meaning he have no intention to refund me in the beginning?
Lack of response from staff.
Company needs to ring.

Their site calulated postage for some earbuds as $15. I got on chat to check this, and they said that the earbuds would ship from Australia, and that $15 was the correct price. Did not buy. I'd be wary of dealing with them.
Looking to Purchase Home Theatre [Projector and Screen] finally settled on Digital Cinema. They have great deals and packages and were very helpful with all my questions.
Paid for the package and arrived by freight not too long afterwards with no damage or anything. Installed and working great after 12 months and counting.
