Another unhappy Emma Delivery
I requested my Emma delivery delayed until late July - they ignored this request.
I get a call from the Direct on Monday saying they are at our house where do I want it left. I say that I don't want it left as I didn't want the bed for over a month and I wasn't home. They said tough, Where do I want it? Thinking that I didn't have a choice in the matter, I said behind the side gate out of sight. Do not trust this courier company
Several issues with the delivery of my Emma mattress. 1. Delivered to wrong address.
2. Despite requiring a signature in order to leave the package, no signature was obtained as I was not home and nor was the person to whom the mattress was delivered. The driver left the package at the door of the incorrect address, yet I received a confirmation email that the package had been safely delivered and signed for by me. Impossible considering I was not home and the mattress was not even delivered to my address! The person living at the address to wh...
Terrible Service
Told product was delivered. No it wasn't. It was sent back to depot.
Called them 4 times on 4 different days and told the same story. It will be delivered today, tomorrow or will 'attempt' to deliver. It never came. Ended up going to depot and collecting myself. Poor poor service. No apology. No explanation. Rude telephone service.
Terrible Service
Customer service in the past 6 months has really declined. After receiving damaged goods, there was no apology or remedy. This is now the second damaged delivery I have received from them. Very disappointed.

Missing parcel. Direct Couriers.
Delivery went missing on 9 Dec from Direct Couriers between them picking it up from clearing house and delivering to Fastway. Woman I spoke to at DC told me I had the wrong courier company and try elsewhere. She couldn’t have cared less. Said she didn’t know what I was talking about and tried to baffle me with nonsense. I then confirmed with original sender that it was Direct Couriers who picked up my item then made it disappear. Atrocious, dishonest, rude. I’d give them minus five if there was an option.

parcel was thrown over my front fence today by the Mega courier driver and left in the rain , because the driver was to lazy to come to my front door , when I was home all bloody day , that just shows just how bloody lazy these courier drivers are, the driver was from megasaver delivery service

If you help me to get a new van through Direct Couriers, am I responsible for the running costs? (petrol,registration,insurances etc). Also, is the van eventually mine?

2nd time I have used direct couriers; as a recipient very happy with the service in terms of updates and final delivery
Is it standard practice to make no attempt to deliver packages and leave these on the conceirge desk (without any attempt to even call the conceirge or check the building directory board). What if this package was alcohol sent from a client?
