Scuba gear service
I dropped off my gear for a service in March 2020. I wasn't contacted or kept up to date in any way regarding the length of time it was taking for the work to be done. I dropped in twice and was told that parts haven't yet arrived. I dropped in a couple of weeks ago and the first words out of the service tech's mouth was "oh! that Bloody Omega reg!" After a short discussion I was advised that he fitted the service kit and couldn't get the reg to stop free-flowing, so he removed it and place the OLD parts back in.
His last piece of advice was "use it til it breaks".
Poor service and advice all round. Not customer focused.
Will not be recommending this business to anyone.
