Worst service ever
This is the worst service provider ever. It’s to be avoided at all cost. If your late at paying your bills, they will add extra cost on top of the existing bill which is like $40 extra. This is the worst provider ever. If you try to call them, it keeps disconnecting and you can’t even get someone to talk to on the phone. Won’t recommend this at all.
Dodo electricity rip off
We pay by weekly deductions, last bill was $1755.81 took a look at bill and realised dodo deducted supply charge $180.29, general usage $680.01 ,+ again $680.01, general usage $215.50 total $1755.81, I looked at past bills and they repeated this mistake of double billing often so they owe us thousands of dollars I call and tried to explain the mistakes but this they just denied any issue but this staff simply wasn't bothered at listening, when I ask to speak to someone else or a phone to someone based in Australia she said she didn't have a number to give.
Worst Provider EVER. Absolute trash
The worst customer service experience I have ever received! Extra costs hidden at every turn. We went with the wifi/elec deal and didn’t get our wifi connected for 4 months .. we ended up canceling the wifi as they said it could take another 2 months!?! 6 months of no wifi are you joking!? They had the audacity to tell us someone had come to service the property but we were home when they supposedly did... no one ever came! I took multiple days of work to ensure I was home for the scheduled days but not once did anyone show up! Yes this was bef...ore Covid lockdown but honestly I’m still seething- I’ve never written a review in my life but I just can’t get the terrible customer experience out of my head!!! So many more things happened that were absolutely shocking but I don’t even want to wast my time writing them. Just be warned terrible customer service/ sales agents that hang up on you and put you on hold for ridiculous amounts of time, not cheap at all, misleading information on sale, no one seems to have a clue what they are doing at this place! Using this as some sort of closure for the trauma I experienced with my short but definitely not sweet time with Dodo energy!!!
Very frustrating to deal with
Cost to connect, cost to disconnect, constant up selling, operators who seem to read off a script and don't answer any questions, got to the point that if Marie answered i would hang up to get another operator. Thoroughly fed up with this service and sick of dealing with them.

They are cheating in meter reading.
My current reading is 1569.
They charged as estimate bill to 4094 for August, that means may to july my bill is $2500.
My previous bills says my average daily usage $4.5.
They estimated my average daily usage as $52.82, they have taken all money from my credit card thro direct debit.
Sent many mails, each mail asks photo of meter and special meter reading fee.
Fighting from july, haven't solved.
