Couch was worth the wait
My Zuri couch arrived on the weekend and it's better than I could have imagined. It was worth the wait and it's made in Australia. Delivery was seamless. Thank you Domayne - we are very happy!
A Happy TV Experience
Having bought our previous large TV from Domayne Fyshwick in 2007, we decided to try our luck there again this last August. We were ably assisted in our search by the friendly Anjalyn and two of her colleagues. Their advice steered us towards a set which meets our needs well, and we were also well advised on a new wall mount. Then came delivery and installation. Our installer was Gaetan. He made every effort to explain what he was doing, and then to familiarise us with the new set. At our request, he also cleared away a forest of unnecess...ary and unsightly cabling left by the original installers. In all, he spent three hours with us, and only left when we could reassure him we felt comfortable with the new technology. Gaetan is one in a million.
I bought new euromade imz96 cook top from domayne fyshwick. But the cook top doesn't work well. Sometimes it won't start and some zones doesn't function at all. I went to domayne fyshwick and lodged complaint three weeks ago but no one was contacted me from domayne or euromade to give me the updates. I feel the customer service is very poor. Everytime i call domayne to get an update the staff would say someone will get back you soon. But it never happened.
Over all i am very unhappy about the product and customer service
Good quality furniture.
After looking at a few places for a couch found it here. A fraction expensive than others but that's because the quality is great. Been an year and the couch is great. Will shop again.
Never again - Rude after-sales service
I bought a product on sale. It was only $20. I went to return it unused and the staff were patronising and downright rude as if I had some nerve returning a sale item. I am pretty sure that their refusal to give me a refund, or even a store voucher, is in breach of consumer protection law (which I will follow up). As for Domayne Fyshwick, forget it. Never again will I set foot in a Domayne store.
Delivery was terrible
The delivery guys were 4 hours late delivering my appliance I bought in store, did not apologise for being late and complained and swore the whole time they were installing my appliance.
The lady over the phone told me to keep shut
We bought dinning set and was calling to ask when to expect deleivery. She turned the whole conversation into an argument and even went ahead to tell me to keep shut over the phone. As a customer care representative I can say she is rude, no empathy and a bad ambassador of Domayne. Meanwhile I spoke with the other lady at the bed section she made me feel important and gave me useful information as requested.
Perfect Customer Service by Kai Carbine
I went into Domayne to purchase a printer and was served by Kai in the Fyshwick store, Kai was amazing and so helpful in everything. He made me feel very welcome and explained everything, he even offered to take the printer to the car for me - Thank you Kai

Worried - slow warranty resolution
We ( the wife and I ) purchased a 3 seater HTL COLLECTION leather electric lounge in Sept. 2016, which was delivered early Dec 2016. Our worry is that one of the electric foot rests has stopped working after only 5 month of use. It has stopped retracting - just sits in the open position and grinds away. I contacted the shop in Fyshwick this morning and spoke to the warranty clerk about our issue. She was friendly and curious on the phone, but told me she would have to contact the manufacturer and a response was going to take approx. 7 working d...ays. I would also have to provide her with a photo of the lounge - why??? I do not understand why it takes 7 working days to contact the manufacturer and get a response. An email takes 3 seconds!!! Have we bought a dud product? or is this just a one off manufacturer error? For how many weeks do we have to walk around the extended foot rest in our lounge room before it is fixed? I will let you know!
Domayne VIP Evening
Recently I attended a VIP evening, hosted by Domayne at Fyshwick. My 13 year old Grandson attended with me, it was a pleasant evening and we purchased several discounted furniture items. One item was not in stock so had to be ordered in, the staff member told me it would take a couple of weeks. To my surprise it arrived in a couple of days which I was very happy with. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.
Domayne - now shipping free mould!
Ordered bedbase got mouldy water damaged bedbase.
This a after 6 months stuff around.
Don't shop there if you want to keep your sanity.

We have just had our fridge delivered,we are delighted with it, the salesperson at Domayne in Fyshwick ACT was just wonderful, I had prices from other retailers and he matched and even bettered the price for us. So if you need good service and a great price go and see them. Nothing was too much trouble
