Avoid At All Cost - Not Comprehensive At All

    Do not do it

This 'coverage' is NOT coverage at all. It requires Police reports (not done in Australia unless DAMAGE is over $5K) , they are overseas based , do not return calls and use email only which has a 5 day wait EACH TIME! They are not linked to the hire car company in any way , shape or form. They are sold as an agent so dont contact the internet company as it isnt their product. The FEES you will pay are the same as the Excess costs if you reduced it in store anyway. Then you get the INTEREST on you credit card , overdraw fees and the debt collectors to boot. In store the price was $25 / day , this on line broker was $23 / ay yet I have to pay the same excess and fees and interest. Dont do it ...

I made a claim with this company for windscreen replacement, they did pay me but took half in fees etc. They also wanted every piece of information including the rental agreement signed when you picked up the car from the hire company.
