Ordered mosaic tiles from this company on the 4/4/13 was told on backorder however they promised they would be with me by 22/4/13. (just to get my purchase). Now 30/4/13 and no order just excuses. I recommend anyone wanting mosaic tiles to walk away if they have to come from dune ceramics once they have got your sale you will not get your purchase on date they promise. This has been a total disaster from the on set. I contacted the head office but they did not give a stuff. Told to bad you will get them when you get them. Asked to speak to the manager was also told he is to busy to be bothered. Great after sale service.
