Durable product + Timely installation
My old DUX 250L Twin Element unit has served me well for more than 16 years. So naturally, I would want to replace it with a similar product. Unfortunately they don't do the 250L anymore, but the new 315L Twin Element is just as good.
I ordered over the phone with Bunnings and it was promptly installed in 2 business days. Had it for 3 months now, and it is working perfectly. Water is nice and hot after about 3 seconds and temperature does not fluctuate when both the kitchen and bathroom are using hot water simultaneously.

Replacement for a reliable system
Our old DUX twin element heater began to leak after 18 years of reliable service and we decided to replace it with its nearest equivalent. The 4.8kW model is no longer available so we settled for the current 3.6kW model. Bunnings organised the replacement and the operation was completed efficiently and professionally. We have only had the new heater for a week but in view of past experience we don't anticipate any problems.

Installation new electric hot water system
Our existing Dux unit was approx 20 yrs old and only working on 1 element. We wanted to replace with same unit given longevity of previous unit.I had a quote from a plumber to replace our HWS Total cost: $2,519.00 + $60 for quote, $60 deducted if we went with them for the job.Called Bunnings $1815 to replace and install.Cannot fault customer service would highly recommend purchasing and installation of Dux HWS through Bunnings. We are happy with our choice no issues at all and endless hot water again.
