So Useful When it Works - Good Support When it Doesn't – I purchased two units, one for myself and later,one for my adult daughter. The first has performed well with no problems. The second failed to operate on first use coming up with a TAPE JAM message when attempting to print. The TAPE JAM message also came up when attempting to print with no cartridge installed, indicating a problem with the unit itself and not the cartridge. I contacted Dymo Support who were courteous and helpful. A new working replacement was prompting sent under warranty after returning the faulty unit. Note that proof of purchase is required, so hang on to the receipt.
