Having problems with a neighbors A/C since July 2018, rust and water over my balcony and it sounds like a jackhammer when on for long periods of time.
Have emailed Sarah Jedda numerous times with a response with owner has be notified.
Nothing has changed. Appalling service.

I own several investment properties and have dealt with numerous strata managers over the years. I can honestly say that Jess is the best strata manager that I have ever been involved with. Jess is extremely knowledgeable, prompt in responding to my queries, proactive in resolving issues and follows up on outstanding issues that would normally drag on (even when the onus is on others to provide information). Good support for a our strata and Building Management Committee
We get very good support and very quick turnarounds from our manager Mark Bentley, but would like to see a more flexible approach with the financial reports as they tend to be limited Iain format to suit our changing requirements.

Recently our entity has had trainee property manager Jessica Kaye working with us. Jess is friendly, helpful and very efficient, keeping us informed with how matters are progressing. Recently the EC have been dealing with a tricky issue and Jess has provided us with new solutions that she actioned quickly. To date her service has been above and beyond expectations.

Often we buy products or services that do not do as advertised. Dynamic provide the services they state. Good communications, timely response, feedback and professionalism. We even went through a change of Strata Manager which was completed seamlessly.

The consistency of professionalism is what is required from a modern strata company, not reliance on one person. Dynamic have the people and systems in place to deal with the every day problems as well as the strategic partners to deal with large issues such as defects and litigation. Mary at DPS is nothing short of wonderful. She has been associated with our building for some years and takes a personal interest. Combined with her knowledge of Strata issues and her ability to short-circuit any ‘situations’ that may arise, Mary can be relied on for her prompt attention and wise counsel. Knowledgeable and responsive
Our Strata Manager at DPS, Sarah is knowledgeable and responsive. If there is something she doesn't know at our meetings she finds out and communicates the information back to us in a timely manner. Both Sarah and her Assistant, Mary, support our decision making very well within the constraints of DPS.
Sarah from DPS is an excellent stata manager, who is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Her assistance Mary is fantastic. They respond to enquiries in a timely manner. DPS represents our property efficiently and effectively. I would recommend them to any stata committee.
