Don't rely on staff for delivery
Well I was greeted and had a good experience with the sales lady at Geelong E & S, when I was sent the quote I asked for products that were available for delivery within a 3 week time frame as that’s when the kitchen was to be installed. Otherwise select different items! Well after 3 weeks I was told the oven would be another 6 weeks sometime after Christmas, we came to a compromise that we could get a different oven and have the extra’s added (telescopic trays etc after Christmas) and told it would be here in 2 days as its in stock. As for thee range hood that 7 weeks away also just wish E & S where honest. But once they have your upfront money who gives a dam?? That’s why I will continually post this across all forums. purchase lack of knowledge on fisher&paykel machine promotion
purchased fisher & paykel 10kg frontload machine and 8 kg pump condenser dryer salesperson
said they did not know about any promotion said i would have to go on line and claim
I have found out E&S do have a promotion and if sales person was interested enough would have know the 8kg dryer is not included the promotion
