Don't buy cars from them or you will regret
I had a very poor experience with my purchase of a Toyota Prado at the Easyauto123 Joondalup (WA) store.
Dishonest to the condition of the car I purchased by promising me many times there were no mechanical conditions required attention without verification. Moreover, he was impatient and complained I was wasting his time when I made further questions about the car and wanted to do more inspection on it.
Finance team (Kymberly):
I believe their main role has been changed to selling warranty products. I was not advised p...

After Sales Service
I recently purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan I had some initial issues early and these were resolved by the service department. Another intermittent fault occurred and the car was returned for repair. Whilst the car was there the staff member I was dealing with left the company.
I met with Darren from the Service department who took ownership of the problem. Parts had to be ordered from interstate in the interim he organised a loan car which was five years newer than the one I purchased. The work on my car was carried out at Volkswagen due to spec...
Asked me for a holding deposit and i said know. After sitting with the financial officer she told me had a default. She said i would need to pay something down to get tjis approval approved. I was not happy with this approach and and paid $100 down because felt guilty of the default which was not my fault but son lost his job due to Covid -19.
Fast reselling, No response on refund
I put down a $500 deposit on a car and had an appointment setup for a test drive and finance then a few hours later they send me an email saying they are putting the car back up for sale because other people are interested. So i have contacted them over the past weeks to ask about their refund and have had no response. as soon as they get any amount of money they just go silent.

Buying my car really was easy!
I recently bought a Mazda 3 from Easyauto123 at Mile End, Adelaide.
I hadn't bought a car for a while and was nervous, however I was lucky enough to deal with Ron. Ron and the whole team made me feel comfortable and were transparent throughout the entire process.
I truly recommend them to anyone and trust your experience could be like mine.
Great experience, great product, great customer service
I found the team to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to decide on what car I wanted. From my first enquiry to the follow up after purchase was easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend purchasing a car with this company.
Learn from me how to waste money
I got the car yesterday evening (24/12/20) they just wiped the car but not professionally cleaned as they told me over the phone, they said no accident history but most of the car panels are repainted some of the things are broken, it also start showing the seat belt sign on the screen, according to them they done the service you can check the photo and even my mechanic said from long time this car is required major service the engine is also making noise (haven’t drive the diesel car before I thought its normal for the Diesel engine).
Please stay away! If you end up buying a car from here triple check the car first that you are planning to buy. I recently brought a car from here. Once I paid the deposit they told me I could pick up the car in a few days during which they would get the mechanic to double check everything, making sure it was up to standard. On the same day I picked up the car it was showing a check engine light. I took it back to them the next day to get it fixed and they told me they couldn't look at it for over a week. I ended up getting looked at by my mech...anic as it was also leaking oil which wasn't declared. Please note that at Easy Auto the car didn't appear to be leaking oil or have the check engine light. The mechanic discovered that an engine seal was cracked causing the check engine light and oil leak. I had to get it fixed costing more than $1000 out of pocket. The mechanic also told me the engine oil was black and looked like it hadn't been changed in ages, even though the next service wasn't due on the car for months. I will never be buying a car from them again and I will not be recommending them to anyone.
I got the car I wanted, I am very happy with it.
Pardeep was accommodating and obliging, nothing was a problem, he returned my calls promptly and allowed me to select the car I wanted. Cara also knew her stuff and helped the sale go through seamlessly. All that Pardeep assured me of was correct. Thank you Pardeep and Cara.
Price match claim is not true
I saw and test drove a BMW116i 2012 model done 65000K's from the Hendra yard yesterday and was super keen to buy. I thought the price was a little too high at $18,967 (+$250 "admin fee") and discussed with the salesperson who told me their price is the cheapest anywhere in Australia and they price match. So I checked online to see what was around and at what price because I really wanted this car. Found a 2014 model BMW116i that had done 51000K's on carsales at $18,000 + govt charges. I felt there was something thy could do on the car price...match claim based on the fact that this other car was 2 year newer with 14000 less k's (acknowledging the government charges on top though) however my suggestion was brushed aside by the agent who was working with me. I said to the agent that it seems they will always find a way to not price match one way or another so I walked away very doubtful of their claim to price match. I am unsure if they are genuine about price match because my request was not taken seriously at all.
Manipulative and Deceitful
I tried to buy my daughter a car from the Joondalup store. Absolutely disgusting how we have been treated. The finance girl told me lie after lie during the whole application process. They are very manipulative and deceitful. If I could give them no stars I would.
Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people and buy elsewhere.
Thanks so much to your team Chris and brendon at easy auto castle hill . Your customer service and help with purchasing a new car was excellent and hassle free .
You went above and beyond to help us to find the perfect car and really happy with your service :)
Questions & Answers
I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.
Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
What are ex gov charges ? Rego tranfer duty ????
