Full of lies, stay away & do not trust them
Bought a car from canningvale W.A, they offered me a loan with a better interest rate. I asked if there were any other fees and charges associated with the loan, and they said no. I trusted them and signed up and when I got the contract there was a $1400 fee on top of my loan. so overall I am paying more than my bank. I called them to enquire all they had to say that I signed up the contract so it's my fault. ("Chris" the manager and "Keith" the loan guy, worst people to deal with)
They even sold me the same car by saying there is a 1-year f...actory warranty left. but there was none which I was got to know when I received the warranty documents. When I mentioned the warranty they said we can give you an extra 1-year warranty on top. They just changed the warranty date by hand on the contract. I hope this will still be valid. Overall, I would not recommend them to anyone. and especially if you want a loan go to the bank. Their interest rate may be tempting but make sure you check all fees on the contract and do not trust their words. As they are the biggest liar.

Sold me a car and said was not in accident. Found out through mercedes that it was fixed not safely with glue the headlight. And had a massive bend in my radiator.
Fried headlight from the glued headlight that will cost 3000
Control unit sensors 2100 all from a glued headlight.
And also a bent radiator from a accident.

I Put A Deposit On A Car Online, After Contacting Them I Was Told The Car Was Not Up To Standard & They Would Not Be Selling it. Ok That’s Fine But Where’s My $500 Deposit? Why Am I Chasing You? I Keep Getting Bounced Around With No Answers, Being Told I Will Be Called Back & Nothing!!! Horrible Communication!!!

Put down a $500 deposit on a vehicle on 24th April to hold it subject to test drive as I was away at work. 29th April test drove vehicle and agree to purchase on the account of certain things needing repair eg navigation system and Tyre pressure sensor etc.
Also had to pay $3000 for finance to be approved, all good. Wait three weeks for the car, called countless times in between this time to see when it’ll be ready. No calls back or contact.20th May, finally get a call to say it’s ready to he picked up. Came to get the car and not a single thin...
Good follow up service, low price cars
Had issues with the vehicle straight from pickup not starting and engine mounts broken! They took it to a specialised mechanic and repaired all issues, recommend getting extended warranty! A little slow on repair but suspect covid was to blame. Great business to buy from. Best car price!

I have had a new motor installed into my car just the other week. This car was purchased from Easyauto a few months ago. Car seat broken breaks not good service not happy no one called me back and it been a year and still fighting with yous all I want is my money back or fix the car

I have bought my car from there is easy to buy and paid paperwork all done very quick and fast. After the sale care, I have some issue with the car the engine light come on. When back to check they reset it after driving again for a few days the engine light comes back on. So I ring them asked me to bring the car back and check.
When for the check they said they need to order some parts to change. so I took the car back want to wait for the spare parts to change I ring them many times and check every time I ring some time got cut from transfe...r the line from the sale side to the service side. I manage to get the call over I spoke to few people in the service side EVERY TIME SAID THEY WILL CALL ME BACK ABOUT IT. BUT SINCE NO ONE HAVE TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT IT. have waited NEARLY 3 weeks for it but still nth get done. Very disappointed with the service...

I didn't end up buying a car from here because of financing issues on my part. Phil a salesman at the Brisbane location is a scholar and a gentleman. If your headed there to look at a car ask for Phil. He'll do you right.
Questions & Answers
I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.
Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
What are ex gov charges ? Rego tranfer duty ????
are the Melb vehicles registered, if not how will I get it registered, or drive it home (SW Victoria)
