I got the car I wanted, I am very happy with it.
Pardeep was accommodating and obliging, nothing was a problem, he returned my calls promptly and allowed me to select the car I wanted. Cara also knew her stuff and helped the sale go through seamlessly. All that Pardeep assured me of was correct. Thank you Pardeep and Cara.

Great service. Non-pushy salesman & admin.
We had a great experience recently purchasing a car from their Joondalup outlet. Dave was non-pushy and professional and very helpful in every respect. Luke was equally as professional dealing with paperwork and warranty. The car was detailed and as clean as a new one. They even fitted new tyres. Well done and highly recommended!
Great Friendly Service
Thank you to the team at easyauto123 Castle Hill for all of your friendly and helpful service to my daughter .
An easy and smooth purchase. Highly recommended.

If you want to overpay in made fees and charges go ahead and purchase a car from Easyauto,
Nothing special about them just typical car salespeople.

Price match claim is not true
I saw and test drove a BMW116i 2012 model done 65000K's from the Hendra yard yesterday and was super keen to buy. I thought the price was a little too high at $18,967 (+$250 "admin fee") and discussed with the salesperson who told me their price is the cheapest anywhere in Australia and they price match. So I checked online to see what was around and at what price because I really wanted this car. Found a 2014 model BMW116i that had done 51000K's on carsales at $18,000 + govt charges. I felt there was something thy could do on the car price...
Read more match claim based on the fact that this other car was 2 year newer with 14000 less k's (acknowledging the government charges on top though) however my suggestion was brushed aside by the agent who was working with me. I said to the agent that it seems they will always find a way to not price match one way or another so I walked away very doubtful of their claim to price match. I am unsure if they are genuine about price match because my request was not taken seriously at all.Manipulative and Deceitful
I tried to buy my daughter a car from the Joondalup store. Absolutely disgusting how we have been treated. The finance girl told me lie after lie during the whole application process. They are very manipulative and deceitful. If I could give them no stars I would.
Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people and buy elsewhere.

Great service
I have bought my wife's car from Melbourne 123 and they were fantastic. So much so that I looked up their web site again when I needed a car and just bought one from the Adelaide 123. Fantastic service and not pushy. Trust is a dangerous word in the used car business, but this group seems to have a stock that are in great condition.
Thanks again
from Andrew
Excellent service, not pushy and very informative.
Looking for a budget car for my son and my experience from walking into the front office was exceptional. The office staff were very friendly and ensured we were COVID safe. We were then introduced to Pardeep who was very informative and knowledgeable without being pushy. He gave us space to look around but was checking in on us if we needed him. Would recommend +++

A painless process
We were dreading the whole process of buying a new second hand car. What a relief to be dealing with helpful, open and honest people like Joel and Callum. There was no pushy sales stuff and we were able to ask our most naive questions and get straight answers. We were surprised to find the episode was headache free and actually had a few laughs along the way. A pleasure to deal with the two of them and would recommend asking for them. Very happy with the car and the effort to look after us.

Great car great service castle hill
Being sceptical of car yards in general at first I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful salesman jerry cirera who was friendly without being pushy we didn’t like the original car we went to look at so jerry showed us a couple of other cars we finally found the one a Toyota prado. The sales manager Adam Baxter made the rest of the process easy and efficient and I felt comfortable buying my car from these guys. We went back a couple days later to pick up the car jerry was with other clients but had organised a young fellow can’t remember his...

Not good!
Sold me a car and said was not in accident. Found out through mercedes that it was fixed not safely with glue the headlight. And had a massive bend in my radiator.
Fried headlight from the glued headlight that will cost 3000
Control unit sensors 2100 all from a glued headlight.
And also a bent radiator from a accident.

Being sceptical of the car yard at first I was pleasantly surprised by the helpful salesman Tommo who was friendly without being pushy and looked after all our concerns and questions. The sales manager Luke made the rest of the process easy and efficient and I felt comfortable buying my car from these guys. So far so good and I would recommend these guys from Joondalup.

Break promises
Bought a car a few months ago from Joondalup, and at the point of contact to view the car, they were so quick to get in contact and arrange viewing. We were happy with the car but there were scratches on it and the salesperson was quick to say he would get it fixed and also give the car a wash because it was quite dirty actually. Yet when we receive the car, nothing was done. Gave him a call and said he would come by to fix it, but it never happened. Please, if you're purchasing a car with EasyAuto ( or better yet just don't), make sure you have all these included in the contract so that they can't muck you around. In short, just best to avoid them.

"Terrible" is the only one word that can explain easyauto123
Please don’t fall into the trap of getting your car from this showroom. They sell vehicles with faults and once they sell it to you, you become a total stranger for them. I bought my first car from them. They say they are fixed price and will never negotiate on the price, I agreed thinking that they don’t compromise on quality. Well anyone will get impressed when their salesman talks to you in a very polite manner. On the third day I took my car for a ride, thankfully without my family, I parked it at the roadside and turn down the ignition. A ...
Read moremoment later the engine refused to turn on. Yes, the ignition stopped working. Well a surprise this car is 2019 model, can you believe it. I immediately called the office staff, which they don’t bother and suggested me call roadside assistance. One good thing, this guy at least gave me the number of road-side assistance guy. After checkup the technician spotted problem with my battery and had a smirk on hiss face and said is this really 2019. I called the office staff again and they suggested me to come to the showroom and get the battery replaced. The roadside technician jump started my 2019 SUV and I reached the showroom. After reaching the showroom I explained the problem again and they agreed to replace the battery. After the replacement I asked them the Warranty card of the battery, which again I didn’t not get. Now also I don’t know which inferior class of battery they have fixed into my car. After repeatedly asked they lied again and sent me the Invoice rather than a Warranty card. For me I must give my car for full servicing with authorised dealer as I am pretty sure they have not even changed the engine oil from a very long time. They don’t value their customers and they just look for money. Money reminds me adding one more line to this review is, till I didn’t not pay the money, they repeatedly called and asked me transfer. FYI : I cleared they full amount in bank cheque in one shot within the 3rd of booking the car. I am not against of asking for payment since I am also getting a car in re-turn. What I am concerned they spare time for you and call when it is inclined towards there interest but NOT the customers interest. Please stay away from them. Suggestions to easyauto123 : Please value people, it will take you a long way in your business.CearaGreater Melbourne (Metropolitan), VIC
Poor communication, poor service, sells unroadworthy vehicles
I purchased a car On 18th April (nearly 5 months ago), upon driving it home I was immediately aware of a strong pull to the left and a loud noise from the FL wheel, amd the window tint I paid extra for was full of dirt/bubbles. sent it back to have it corrected, only to have the same issue occur, sent back again, tint was also redone, and again it was faulty.
Upon return after a couple weeks the car I discovers a violent vibration at 80km which was getting worse. Sent it back and was told I’ve bent the steering rack and must of hit something a...
Read morend they tried to charge me repair. The car had not left the garage, this was untrue. The car was sold to me without the standard spare mag, It was obvious the previous owner had hit something and a dodgy repair job had been done and the smashed mag replaced with the new and the mechanical side not fixed. I also had my independent mechanic confirm this. Had to threaten further action if it wasn’t resolved for good, they then Complied and were supposed to also fix the window tint, they returned the car to me with the steering issue repaired but didn’t touch the tint. Calls service staff say they will follow up/call back and never do and I’m still chasing them 5 months later. Wheel alignments/spare tyres are mandatory roadworthy items, car was sold to me unroadworthy.Great place and people!
We had a great experience with Easyauto 123. They were super nice to deal with. In particular Adam - who went out of his way to help my husband find the right car and even dropped him off at the train station afterwards. They are great and the car is the best!

Excellent car, arrogant salesman, great after sales team.
Great car for a good competitive price however, no trade in, no finance, cash buy ($14500-00) perfect customer. The salesman wouldn’t throw in a set of mats. He’d sell us a set for $100. Take it or leave it attitude, I’ll sell the car to someone else, very arrogant. We liked the car so we went with it however, after sales threw in a set. Which, to be fair, they should of. On collection, his face hit the floor. Would I buy from them again, yes. Only because of the after sales team, not the salesman. ( Golden boy my ....).

I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.

Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
