Unprofessional and rude conduct to a potential customer
I booked for an appraisal with my car on a Saturday morning. I rang the day before to confirm only to be told by an extremely rude manager at Hendra easyauto123 to “find another place”. One staff said they don’t do appraisal on saturdays but why took the booking over the phone (Daniel) who assured me that Luke Hall will be there? The staff’s attitude at Hendra is just appalling, uncaring and unprofessional!
Ripoff staffed by Muppets
The premise of 123 is that it is a car supermarket, the prices are lower but fixed, there's no haggling, and no pressure. Unfortunately its all a lie.
Their prices are equal to, or higher than, any other other dealer.
Their staff are rude, ignorant of the cars they're selling, and super high pressure. They'll give you 5 minutes, and if you're not prepared to sign on the spot, act as though you've wasted hours of their time.
Horrible don’t buy from easy auto Edgewater Perth
Don’t have words just pathetic and useless car dealer .
Spend 16k problem with my car from day 1 .
No help from manager
I paid $500 deposit and then my finance got declined now they dont want top give my money back, in contract it was clear that subject to finance.
Worst Dealership Experience
I went to easyauto123 Edgewater to view a somewhat expensive first car for a young person. I loved the car, signed a contract and put down a deposit and waited to hear back from my bank about a loan. Weeks passed, I kept in contact with the dealership and everything was good until my bank said no to the car. I informed the dealership about my banks decision and proceeded to talk to them about pulling out of a contract that was subject to finance approval. Management was horrible, they wanted to intimidate me into buying this car and wanted to g...o to court over it even though I had done nothing wrong from my side. Luckily I read the contract and knew what I had gotten myself into and told them they must give my money back after they said they wanted to charge me up to 15% of the total asking price of this car. I was messed around for over 5 weeks, I understand how businesses work but I would definitely not recommend buying from them as I later found out the car had been in an accident. Since this experience I have been scared to trust any car dealership or seller entirely. Do not go to easyauto 123 edgewater.
Very unhappy with this car dealership (Perth South)
EasyAuto123 in Perth South is the pits. Stay clear from them, they seems to be very dodgy and refused to talk to us the minute they got paid. Don't return calls or respond to emails. We've got a 6 CD rack missing that was promised and not delivered and the car was horrible dirty, with a very strong smell of old animal urine and white animal hair all over the car, black finger marks as well as make-up stains to mention only a few. They agreed in writing that they will be remove the smell and do properly detailed. That never happened. They turned arrogant and nasty and left us in the dark regarding our problems.
Salesmen lie! Avoid disappointment!
I initially purchased a second hand Subaru forester 2011 for around $14k. I was also sold an additional warranty for $2300. I'm extremely unhappy with the decision to buy with easy auto 123 and if I had anyone I knew buying a car I'd tell them to steer clear of the company. My car has a claim with the warranty and they have refused to help. After only putting less than 30,000km more on the clock in 2 years, now I'm facing nearly a $7000 repair bill! The customer service and lack of care is infuriating.
Bad experience waste off time
Not helpful, not negotiable, not friendly, I can’t believe they said the price is fixed and will not do repairs and the guy in charge was so arrogant and only offered three month rego take or leave it so I left very disappointed.
I think the company would be great if nothing was wrong with the car but if you do have problems be prepared for a battle and weeks and weeks of phone calls and emails. Promises made but never followed through. Do not believe a thing they say. After your money is exchanged they dont want to know you
I would not recommend Easy Auto 123 in Sydney.
We purchased a BMW X1 and within a month smelt burning oil, We have been trying non stop to get Easy Auto 123 to return our call but have been ignored.
TERRIBLE experience, still going through nightmare.
DO NOT EVER TRUST these guys. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. They have waisted about 4 days of our life, given us the wrong VIN, only gave us one key till we threatened, given us a DANGEROUS CAR that was NEVER SERVICED, that STINKS LIKE DOG, and made us waste $400 on a 3 year warranty that isn’t worth the paper it is written on, WHILE MAKING US FIX IT OUT OF OUR OWN POCKET OF $1300+. Go else where, buying a car shouldn't be this painful. Here is the fun story for you... We saw a car online, and said we are happy to come and inspect and then purcha...se the car with two days notice. Upon arriving they hadn’t cleaned the car (even though we had told them we were coming to inspect). It smelt like dog bad, had dog hairs, grass and debris throughout. We said that is fine, we will buy the car and pick it up the next day (costing us only a $70 cab each way - no biggie). The next day they still had NOT cleaned the car!!! WTH! So we waited for 4 hours while they cleaned the car and drove away with wet seats. The car still smelt of dog!! They only had one key, but said their was another one, but couldn’t find it and would send it through when they could. They never did find it, they ignored us, and then when we threatened to write a review they said we will make one for you. So we drove to their centre 1 hour away and wait 4 hours while they made one for us. Ok things were going well, then we tried to change the plates to NSW and get insurance, but their sales guy had written down the WRONG VIN on all our documentation, so NSW couldn’t verify the car was ours and we couldnt get insurance!!. We had to wait in queue at the service centre for another 4 hours while it was verified with phone calls. Finally, we purchased a three year warranty, thinking this would safe guard us against issues. Nope, we just found out after 8 months of having the car, the three year warranty doesnt cover two critical issues with car, to make the HORN WORK, and make the KEY NOT GET STUCK - only a little bit DANGEROUS . So the warranty doesnt cover these basic items and we are now having to fork out an extra $1300, while wasting another day to get repaired. Dont be fooled by the big yellow branding, find a trustworthy car sales person, not these slick ricks. Go else where, buying a car shouldn't be this painful.

Stay away from them, they sell faulty cars
Have purchased a Mitsubishi Triton MY'13 GLX-R Doub well body at the premium market price with less than 90,000kms. Within 3-month period from purchase date we found serious oil leaks from the engine and the transmission which require an onerous repair. The Dealer has acknowledged the issues but doesn't want to take accountability for that because the car has done more than 5,000kms. This is unacceptable after only 3 month driving. Stay away from them, they sell faulty cars.
Disrespectful and untrustworthy staff @ Edgewater
Put down a deposit for a car with a contract signed subject to finance from their in-house finance department itself, only to find out a week later upon getting our finance and them still holding onto our deposit the car was put back onto the market at a 1000$ less that our agreed price and they sold it to someoneelse
Do not buy a car from easy auto Joondalup
I bought a 2009 ve ss straight out the door I should have walked away after seeing the car left outside covered in bird poo but I thought good clean and it would be fine 15k and what else on top I am truly speechless first 2 weeks of it being in my position it had been back to the service department 4 times for multiple problems then to take it to Holden and to find out that the car shouldn’t be driven and it need $3500 dropped in to it fuel pump sway bars mis match tires told it had done its 150k service spark plugs that were so Corroded that ...they could work I mean really ..... and near to no break pads left in the rear I could go on. Tired to work with them called them emailed and got no reply Tried working with and got told to try take it to court their company is to big nothing would work so I tell anyone if your looking at this unless you want a problem like this turn around and walk out of easy auto and don’t look back
Lying Manager & Staff
Put a deposit down on a VF SS. Contract agreement was the scratches buffed out, rear muffler replaced and Strut Top bushes replaced before pick up. Only 1 was done. Would not replace worn strut bushes as agreed. Would not return $2K deposit, so we were basically forced to buy the car as it was. Typical lying car sales business. Stay away from this company!
Poor description of vehicle
Purchased car from interstate with out viewing the vehicle. It was described as immaculate ($ 40k) and full service history but was far from it when it arrived. Had obviously been off road a lot and had red dust everywhere along with chips scratches and dents. There was a broken rear light lenses and the rear tyres/rims had been changed with older ones.. Front ones were new, The original pajero jack and wheel brace are missing along the factory floor mats and cargo blind, knobs missing off the passenger seat etc, The last service wasn't done...on time at Mitsubishi but the dealer has obviously serviced it and signed the book. If your interstate get someone to view the vehicle as I certainly would not have bought this vehicle if I had seen it.
Experience with selling a car. Went in on Monday and car valued at $7000. Went back with husband on the Saturday so he could sign the paperwork and was told $5500. Apparently the initial evaluation was from someone who “takes risks and he has been fired.” Honestly this is why car sales have such a dodgy name. Stay clear.
Questions & Answers
I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.
Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
What are ex gov charges ? Rego tranfer duty ????
