Unacceptable customer service
Salespeople treat customers badly. I was surprised by the tone and behaviour of the guy who reluctantly showed me the car I was after. And more to my surprise, car had dents, and other defects which were not mentioned in the ad. When I asked if there are any other issues, the guy just said 'no idea'!!!
The customer service is seriously rude.

Abhorrent Customer Service
I'm not one to post negative reviews usually, but I'm taking the time to write this review to educate others based on my recent experience with Easyauto123 in Brooklyn. I had recently purchased a 2010 Mazda 2 for my wife which was supposedly one of their "quality verified vehicles" ( take that title with a big pinch of salt) . Immediately upon taking custody of the car we noticed how poor and substandard the cleaning job was and this was a sign of things to come.
1) From cobwebs around door mirrors and in the engine bay, to stains on the roof ...
Read moreliner and seats (which I had to then clean up myself) it was evident that not a lot of care had been taken prior to delivering the vehicle to us. I have purchased a few second hand vehicles before, and the standard of car and detailing on this vehicle was the worst I've received so far. 2) Secondly we also noticed that the drivers side audio speaker was blown out which was another wonderful surprise for us. How does a "Quality verified" vehicle come with blown up speakers? 3) THIRD and worst of all, we were supplied a broken key on purchase of the vehicle. This for me was by far the most egregious and disappointing aspect, as I had been told on numerous occasions prior to purchasing the vehicle that a new key was already ordered and on its way. On the day when I went to pick up the vehicle, the same broken key was provided and I was stunned at how blatantly I had been lied to. In hindsight I should have walked away there and then and saved myself a lot of headache. I have been patient and called Easyauto123 numerous times to follow up on the replacement key which was promised to me prior to sale (and noted on the purchase agreement for the vehicle) , but it's been a nightmare to get anyone to call us back or take any form of accountability. The stories have changed so many times:- " We'll have someone come to your home by Thursday with the new key", Or "Our delivery coordinator is on top of it" , Or "We ordered it from the company and will post it soon"..... I've heard all manner of excuses from them so far. It's been more than a week since I purchased this vehicle, and I still do not know when I can expect to have a replacement key. I'm not asking for much here, just for this company to honor their word, but it seems to me that Easyauto123 are just stalling. To prospective buyers, based on my experiences, the lessons I have learnt from dealing with this company are:-Mark26Perth, WA

Collection of Subaru Forester
After confirming with a staff member previously that the above vehicle would be ready and available, we arrived to find that this was not the case. This was annoying as we had made a long journey to collect the vehicle, and in fact were told that the vehicle might not even be ready by the end of the day. However, to everyone's credit at the Brooklyn dealership, the `loose items' were attended to and we were on our way only some 30 minutes after we had anticipated. The `hiccup' had been caused but a seemingly communication break down, which happens everywhere from time to time. We are in no way critical of the friendly staff.
Poor Customer Service
We bought a car from the Brooklyn office in Victoria. After choosing a car it took the staff 2.5 hours to sort the car and paperwork. Lots of staff but none of them doing anything. 6 months after the purchase we booked in for our free service. The booking manager was useless and didn't send us any details or confirm the booking. After re-booking us in a month later...he told us the wrong time and never answered his phone or emails. Unapologetic and unhelpful staff!
The car i bought should not sold with out fixing it first paid $7.500

Don't buy cars from them or you will regret
I had a very poor experience with my purchase of a Toyota Prado at the Easyauto123 Joondalup (WA) store.
Salesperson (Jackson):
Dishonest to the condition of the car I purchased by promising me many times there were no mechanical conditions required attention without verification. Moreover, he was impatient and complained I was wasting his time when I made further questions about the car and wanted to do more inspection on it.
Finance team (Kymberly):
I believe their main role has been changed to selling warranty products. I was not advised p...

Fast reselling, No response on refund
I put down a $500 deposit on a car and had an appointment setup for a test drive and finance then a few hours later they send me an email saying they are putting the car back up for sale because other people are interested. So i have contacted them over the past weeks to ask about their refund and have had no response. as soon as they get any amount of money they just go silent.

Stay Away!
Please stay away! If you end up buying a car from here triple check the car first that you are planning to buy. I recently brought a car from here. Once I paid the deposit they told me I could pick up the car in a few days during which they would get the mechanic to double check everything, making sure it was up to standard. On the same day I picked up the car it was showing a check engine light. I took it back to them the next day to get it fixed and they told me they couldn't look at it for over a week. I ended up getting looked at by my mech...
Read moreanic as it was also leaking oil which wasn't declared. Please note that at Easy Auto the car didn't appear to be leaking oil or have the check engine light. The mechanic discovered that an engine seal was cracked causing the check engine light and oil leak. I had to get it fixed costing more than $1000 out of pocket. The mechanic also told me the engine oil was black and looked like it hadn't been changed in ages, even though the next service wasn't due on the car for months. I will never be buying a car from them again and I will not be recommending them to anyone.justin w.Perth, WA

Price match claim is not true
I saw and test drove a BMW116i 2012 model done 65000K's from the Hendra yard yesterday and was super keen to buy. I thought the price was a little too high at $18,967 (+$250 "admin fee") and discussed with the salesperson who told me their price is the cheapest anywhere in Australia and they price match. So I checked online to see what was around and at what price because I really wanted this car. Found a 2014 model BMW116i that had done 51000K's on carsales at $18,000 + govt charges. I felt there was something thy could do on the car price...
Read more match claim based on the fact that this other car was 2 year newer with 14000 less k's (acknowledging the government charges on top though) however my suggestion was brushed aside by the agent who was working with me. I said to the agent that it seems they will always find a way to not price match one way or another so I walked away very doubtful of their claim to price match. I am unsure if they are genuine about price match because my request was not taken seriously at all.Manipulative and Deceitful
I tried to buy my daughter a car from the Joondalup store. Absolutely disgusting how we have been treated. The finance girl told me lie after lie during the whole application process. They are very manipulative and deceitful. If I could give them no stars I would.
Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these people and buy elsewhere.

Break promises
Bought a car a few months ago from Joondalup, and at the point of contact to view the car, they were so quick to get in contact and arrange viewing. We were happy with the car but there were scratches on it and the salesperson was quick to say he would get it fixed and also give the car a wash because it was quite dirty actually. Yet when we receive the car, nothing was done. Gave him a call and said he would come by to fix it, but it never happened. Please, if you're purchasing a car with EasyAuto ( or better yet just don't), make sure you have all these included in the contract so that they can't muck you around. In short, just best to avoid them.

"Terrible" is the only one word that can explain easyauto123
Please don’t fall into the trap of getting your car from this showroom. They sell vehicles with faults and once they sell it to you, you become a total stranger for them. I bought my first car from them. They say they are fixed price and will never negotiate on the price, I agreed thinking that they don’t compromise on quality. Well anyone will get impressed when their salesman talks to you in a very polite manner. On the third day I took my car for a ride, thankfully without my family, I parked it at the roadside and turn down the ignition. A ...
Read moremoment later the engine refused to turn on. Yes, the ignition stopped working. Well a surprise this car is 2019 model, can you believe it. I immediately called the office staff, which they don’t bother and suggested me call roadside assistance. One good thing, this guy at least gave me the number of road-side assistance guy. After checkup the technician spotted problem with my battery and had a smirk on hiss face and said is this really 2019. I called the office staff again and they suggested me to come to the showroom and get the battery replaced. The roadside technician jump started my 2019 SUV and I reached the showroom. After reaching the showroom I explained the problem again and they agreed to replace the battery. After the replacement I asked them the Warranty card of the battery, which again I didn’t not get. Now also I don’t know which inferior class of battery they have fixed into my car. After repeatedly asked they lied again and sent me the Invoice rather than a Warranty card. For me I must give my car for full servicing with authorised dealer as I am pretty sure they have not even changed the engine oil from a very long time. They don’t value their customers and they just look for money. Money reminds me adding one more line to this review is, till I didn’t not pay the money, they repeatedly called and asked me transfer. FYI : I cleared they full amount in bank cheque in one shot within the 3rd of booking the car. I am not against of asking for payment since I am also getting a car in re-turn. What I am concerned they spare time for you and call when it is inclined towards there interest but NOT the customers interest. Please stay away from them. Suggestions to easyauto123 : Please value people, it will take you a long way in your business.elliesfatherPerth, WA
Excellent car, arrogant salesman, great after sales team.
Great car for a good competitive price however, no trade in, no finance, cash buy ($14500-00) perfect customer. The salesman wouldn’t throw in a set of mats. He’d sell us a set for $100. Take it or leave it attitude, I’ll sell the car to someone else, very arrogant. We liked the car so we went with it however, after sales threw in a set. Which, to be fair, they should of. On collection, his face hit the floor. Would I buy from them again, yes. Only because of the after sales team, not the salesman. ( Golden boy my ....).

Poor Communication skills
I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago at the Canning Vale site while Sam (the sales person) was great the experience afterwards is terrible. I drove the car out and within 5 minutes the check engine light came on I immediately called and they advised me to return to the site where they checked the computer and said it was the O2 sensor which they recalibrated. They advised that should fix the issue however it did not as the light came back on the same day, I called and they advised to bring it back they recalibrated it again and advised they will...
Read more order a new sensor in. During this time the car wouldn't start, the horn turned itself on and stayed on, there was a noise from the air con fan when it wasn't even turned on and the coolant bottle had eroded. I took the car back in and at this time was given a loan car (still no O2 sensor (apparently delayed in transit). I had called several times over the next 4 weeks with either getting a recorded message, being cut off or told I'll get a call back I physically had to go in as was getting no answer and wanted an update. Finally got the car back after 4 weeks and the light came back on within a day so called again and advised to take the car back in where I got another loan car this time for 6 weeks with no communication from them yet I called every 2nd week for an update which they advised it was off site at an auto electrician finally got my car back to say a catalytic converter changed saying it should be right however within a few hours the light came back on. I was told to drive it for a few days because of the changes and it may come on and off but it stayed on, I took it back again where they had it for 2 weeks once again no communication on there end finally got it back and within a few hours the light was back on. I called they asked me to fill up with premium fuel (which I did) and that did not the change the result, they asked me to disconnect the battery which I took it in to them to do and was within a day light back on, the car is currently with them now and we wait to see but getting frustrated with their lack of communicationSamNorth Queensland, QLD
No communication skills and poor care
Contacted them nearly 2 weeks ago about a car we were interested in. Never got an answer. And we chased them over the phone on the following day and they never got back to us. Well looks like they have no communication skills at all. They took us for fool...we got one guy answering promising us to send a video of the vehicle, that we never saw (we are not in Brisbane). It was a $30000 car we wanted. We went to private then. Very bad experience with you guys. Won't recommend you at all...

Appalling service, waste of time
Booked test drive online, and confirmed over text an hour before. Arrived to be told by a rude salesman that the car was taken home by another employee. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.

Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
