Worst car yard ever
Were great when looking but after trying to get me to go through their finance after I specifically said I've already got pre approval elsewhere, she turned nasty and then decided to say they wouldn't give me a road worthy certificate for several days I demanded my deposit back, I'll get it don't worry. I'll never deal with them again !
Terrible customers service and rubbish car.once you the car no talk to you even if you have warranty they don't care. I bought Toyota Camry hybrid and $1500 five years warranty
Hendra office never, ever, ever answer their phone
Excellent when purchasing the car, however once you have purchased its a diffrent story. Once you have bought the car they are impossible to contact and good luck getting any repairs done during your warrenty period.

Was going to buyHolden Malibu advertised $11,206 drive away.
Got there dealing with [name removed] I asked if can do better price told me they are a fixed price, so the cat would be $11206.00 than said there will be a $250.00 admin fee.
I got home thought about phone [name removed] and said will take if can do for $11,000 no more to pay.
[name removed] phoned me back and said best can do $11,206.00 and take off admin fee. But I would have to pay $500.00 deposit now so I agreed.
I did bit more research on this company and found out bad reviews.

Have contacted Hendra by phone and email but it seems if you want to claim against warranty you won’t get a reply we are still trying to get our radio fixed that was faulty from week one and on purchase we were told they will fix anything that goes wrong during your warranty Also have no reply to our question off when are they going to transfer ownership of our traded vehicle to them so I stop getting toll fees and renewal off registration
this car yard has some rubbish cars and are not easy to deal with!!!!!!!!
went to purchase a lx570 from these clowns.car needed about 5k spent on the paint,log books were not filled in but i was told i could ring a mate of the car yards and he knew the service history,are you kidding people want to see hard facts like log books not ring the salesmans mate for hopes and dreams pleased i still have my cash,buy from another yard what a joke
Transfer Papers never logged
We purchased a car at easyauto123 Canning Vale 12 months ago as our daughter was getting her license and we needed a manual car. She learnt to drive in it and is now on her Ps.
Last week she was picked up by the police who had scanned her number plate and found it was an unregistered car and pulled her over. They took the plates off our car and we got a call from her describing the situation and the fact she was getting a $250 fine. We frantically searched for the rego papers but when we couldn't find them and the Police were telling us it was...
I would never ever use easyauto or their scam of a warranty
My car has never worked, they repaired it with second hand parts that didn't work and have ripped me off every way they possibly could

Worst experience, would never recommend to anyone.
I have spent so much money trying to repair a car they've sold me eventhough I have a warranty and I still can't get it back on the road.

Wouldn't go near Easy Auto 123
Easy Auto 123 sold us a car:
1. That had no jack and no security lug nut. (We couldn’t take the tires off)
2. The wheel alignment was out (Pulling to the left)
3. The 2 front tires are damaged Needs replacing.
4. All 4 tires "Load rating" is wrong:
a. Tires are 95W should be 98W
b. This could void our insurance claim if the inspector is savvy.
c. All 4 tires need to be replaced
5. The stereo had a blown speaker
We were never informed about any of the above issues. And our questions were scoffed at. E.g. “So how did you do the 100 point safety check, if you couldn’t take the tires off?”...
Again, very disappointed in easyauto in Brisbane.
Bought the car 5 months ago and was concerned as I have not received a letter in the mail for when I need to renew my registration.
Looked online on Department Of Transport as it will expire next month and yes the car is registered but not in my name, still in their name!!!
Looked at all of my paperwork that I have and saw that the registration number on my paperwork is the WRONG registration number, meaning it is 100% not in my name.
Have had so many issues with this dealership and I am so disg...

Im Melbourne and have purchase a 12 seats Mercedes bus form this dealer with 37,000km that they advertised, Due to im too far away, can not go to inspect the bus, i did ask them about condition of the bus, Seller name Kevin promise to me that the bus is near new, only done 37,000km, I trust them as a dealer and decide to buy it. When the bus delivery to me, it is very old car with all rust, dirty and smelly inside the bus, you can not find any vehicle with 37,000km in that poor condition.
I have try to call them, send them an email to tell them about the bus but they never pickup my phone and never respond to my email.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Where to begin... I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service that I received at the Canningvale store when I purchased my car!! They were well with communication until they got my payment for the car after that nothing. I purchased my car late January- car was not cleaned, buffed, serviced, and had no rego when I went to view the car, I got told if I put a ‘deposit on the car it would be made a priority, which it most certainly wasn’t. After viewing and putting a deposit on the car I had to wait an extra 7-10 days for all of the above ...listed to be organised (after numerous amounts of calls to the store on an estimated ready date). FINALLY the day has come I got to pick up my new car and it all went down hill , their was a MASSIVE scratch above the drivers door that wasn’t there when I test drove my car 2 days previous to picking it up. The manager had agreed to send my car off site to be re-buffed and to fix the scratch free of charge- which was totally fine. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks max, and it wasn’t! I had dropped my car off after work and finally received it today 3 weeks later. There was no communication what so ever in regards to my car, after a week and a half I followed up when the car would be ready and they said by Friday afternoon it should be ‘ready’ but they couldn’t ‘guarantee’ it being ready by then without them having it in the garage. So on Friday I call to see what time I can pickup my car and the manager said to me he would give me a call in 5-10 minutes he was just going to follow it up- once again no problem and then it became 2 hours later.. still no call from him, so I decide to call again only yet to be told the painter who has my car his phone was ‘switched off’ so yet again I wouldn’t have my car till Tuesday. By this point I was beyond annoyed and mad and also frustrated at the poor customer service and communication that I received. I called this morning to follow up on my car to say I want the car if it is ready or not BUT they did not answer my calls. So my mum called they answered, and she told them she was going to report them to consumer protection because this is beyond a joke now. Within 5 minutes of her call they called me to say ‘my car will be dropped off by 2pm to canningvale today’ and they will give me a call when they received the car, it was 3pm I was yet to receive a call.. I ONCE again follow it up with them and the manager yet again said to me the painter is ‘running late’ and he just spoke to them the car should be at the garage in 5-10-15 minutes, 40 minutes later I received a call saying my car has arrived and is ready to be picked up. My dad went to go pick up the car for me and once he had got home he noticed that the painters who had painted my car GOT PAINT ON MY DRIVERS SEAT. I’m will NEVER be going through this place ever again. I received a hire car from them which I had to sign a contract that said if I crash the car it was $5000.00 AUD excess. (So I basically didn’t have a car for 3 weeks as I didn’t have a spare $5000.00 if I got into an accident) *photos provided of paint in my car* The first night I had my car I also realised the brakes were ‘squeaking’. Don’t bother wasting your time going to this place it’s a utter joke.
Terrible Service - Hendra
Phoned ahead to check the car we wanted to look at was still available. We were assured it was and would be ready for us to look at when we arrived. After some stuffing about and lots of excuses, we were told the car had been sold however another similar one had just arrived. After waiting around another 20 minutes or so , with no update....we left (having driven in from west of Brisbane). On the plus side, a couple of sales staff did notice us and as if we were being attended to. The rest of the experience was appallingly bad!
Lowest quality of service, they won't standby their word once the payment is collected.
I bought a car & they agreed to do a spot damage on the rear bumper before delivery. Once the payment was fully settled they just hand painted the damage & left the car for collection which was costing me 72K!!
It's a shame on AHG Group to have this business under them.

Absolutely abhorrent! EASYAUTO123 Canning Vale- The manager should not have that title He is arrogant and showing very poor customer service.Go thoroughly into insurance cover they offer.
Questions & Answers
I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead.
I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.
Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
What are ex gov charges ? Rego tranfer duty ????
are the Melb vehicles registered, if not how will I get it registered, or drive it home (SW Victoria)
